    :hello:

Well done everyone who managed to stay AF tonight (actually last night), especially those that struggled and won:T Good to hear you sounding so positive sim.

Thanks for sharing the distraction techniques 115K, I might try some of the less calorific ones!

Hope you worked out all the angst on the cross-trainer MissP. You did make me laugh, falling off the exercise ball marru, hope nothing hurt but your pride. Good luck with your exam on Wednesday.

Have a good shift YM, hope you're not too busy.

    4AF please MissP.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning
Back on the wagon ! Feel bucketloads better today. I really would like to stay in my seat this time, I'm a much calmer, relaxed person without alcohol. 3 for me Miss P :)
Although a mushroom double swiss would be nice...

    Here's to a Terrific Tuesday!

    Morning all

    :hello:to Shaggy and DC

Up early here today -spent all night tossing and turning. I is a bit poorly - sore throat, ear ache etc. Going to try and ignore it and get on with things. Wierd, but before having Piglet I would probably have rung in sick to work today...but having a child just makes you get on with things (even if you really don't want to!).

Have got to get car to garage for 8am:eek:. Thats like middle of the night for me! Will have to wake Piglet around 7 as he's even slower at moving in the mornings than me.

Will get car back lunchtime and am considering dropping it at OH's work so he has it later, and walking to work. Looked on mapmyrun last night and its 2.5 miles:eek:. Think I'll manage it....just!!:rotfl:
