It was lovely in the dark peak = one of my favourite places.

Oh the announcer has spoken - the diet train is returning again - time to pop back on ready for tomorrow.

I jumped off early on Fri after a stressful weekend, hope I can jump on the minus 2lbs carriage again on Thursday

I still have my ironing to do :p

But my Ds has just rang :) He has been out and about in London, Budgie can't get to know where or who with?

Its the who with I want to know ;)

With him so far away I don't get to find anything out. Mr Budgie teases me dreadfully on how nosey I am. But as I tell him it is a mothers priviledge :) but I wish I knew ;)

Can't iron now as the soaps are on.

But 115k glad to hear you have eaten healthy today, please do take care. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Evening everyone!

Have we all had good Sundays?

In the middle of making Twinks Hobnobs.....for some odd reason I thought it would be a good idea to make a double batch...think I may end up with about 100 biscuits!!!!

((hugs)) to all those that need them...a few people are going through some hard times.

If people could let me know targets for June as and when? Cheers!:D

I just had my dinner and then had a marmalade sandwich! I think we must be getting psychically linked on here.:rotfl:

I also had a packet of salt and vinegar crisps and lots of tea. I feel stuffed to the gills._pale_

  • Have had a crazy busy day today at work. Boys were amazingly well behaved when I picked them up from childminder. They are usually bickering non-stop until bedtime.

I haven't had my dinner yet. Contemplating Ainsley Harriot cous cous with some veg.

I haven't really shared my drinking with you guys yet. But I'm not sure how to? My posts always seem to read strange compared to everyone else. Is it just me doing what I'm doing?

    Much love X

FH, I don't know if you've noticed but i tend to be quiet about my drinking except when I'm AF. I hang around here if I'm either when I can, I just stay quiet. But i've drunk 6 bottles of wine in less than 3 days - not good :o

I don't know if that helps or hinders. Tell us only if you want to *hugs* :)

    Hi

I have not been on this thread before.

After suffering 2 years of depression, seeing a physciatrist and physcologist and finally getting back to work in April after another 6 month lapse I also joined the forums on mse.
I have been on a dmp for nearly a year now and Im slowly trying to get my life back on track.

All through my depressive stages I have had issues with alcohol, culminating in me trying to kill myself 2 years ago with gin and medication. (I have always hated gin but it was the only booze in the house that night).

Like a lot of people I enjoy a drink but I know if there is a lot of alcohol in the house I will drink it. Foe example on Saturday I bought 3 bottles of wine for £12.00 thinking they would last me the weekend... needless to say they didnt and I felt rubbish till today.

Well I have decided that along with the other steps I am taking I am going to try for 10 days AF this month. It is my birthday in the middle of the month and I am going out with a friend that night. (She doesnt really drink at all, a once in a blue moon spritzer so is good for me).

I admire anyone who who never drinks again and understand those for whom it is impossible to stop. I have found this a very interesting thread to read.

    Wishing everyone a good month.
