Cheer Budgie, we're in the shock stage at the moment so everything is feeling a little sureal.

I think I will need to concentrate very hard at AF this month and be kind to myself for a couple of weeks. I might have to set myself a nice new pair of shoes as a target with the AF money saved fund :D
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

  • Feel a bit worried because her i am yet again working early shift tomorrow getting smashed on vodka. i have been on not so much a bender lately but drinking practically every night and feeling rough in the morning. As the day progresses i feel better and get that 'i can handle it; thing going on and end up buying more drink. The ironic part is i have started a DMP and now have more money to spend on drink so in a way it;s not helping. But i will be fine if i can break the habit once again. Hope that all made sense!!!! Thanks You are all great I am on my own and not one to complain Honest!!! But i am very lonely and bored at times and no-one to answer to!!
