    Hi Guys,

Well a much more productive day today in the Budgie Hoooooose :D

Have cleaned all my floors, washed my bedding, towels etc. Wiped my skirting boards and had all my furniture out to do the bits that are hidden. Bedding in the dryer now so will iron it in a mo.

Have had a very nice home made curry for dinner too :D

So I have just been catching up.

115k hugs hunny and as Eselt says you do need to secure professional help, post on here as she says to get the support. But it is a must that you get the help you so desperately need. I wish you only good things and I hope that this awful period in your life will soon be gone and you can be much happier and find the peace you need. Big hugs (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sim hugs matey and I really don't know what to say to you? You are obviously needing help desperately. It may be the answer to go to rehab, what have you got to lose really? You know that you cannot carry on in this way, for your health and ultimately your peace of mind. I wish you well and I hope you can get to where you want to be. Hugs and take care. (()) xxxxxxxxxxx

Jo hugs hunny and I feel that you are struggling greatly at the moment, I hope that things do improve for you. But don't ever worry about bringing the thread down, we are all here to help. Each one of us as our own dramas from time to time. It is coming on here that helps us to refocus and move forward. Hugs Angel and lots and lots of Budgie love. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Marru well done on your running today and I am so glad you had a lovely time :) You are doing really well. So hugs and take care. (())m xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Molypolly so glad you and DD had a lovely time at the opera :) Hey I can tell you: "You ain't missed anything in Stokie land" :D Hugs sweetheart and take care. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Eselt hope your grass is now duly cut down, and that there was not too much bickering with the ex Mr E ;) Hugs hunny (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Miss P thankyou for scoring June, I will have no target please but will update as much as I can. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sparkles well done on the 7 mile walk :D I have been chained to the house all day and I am missing Mr Budgie ;) (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Ms Honey B hope you too will be ok? You are very cryptic of late, its like you are trying to say something but nothing is coming out? If you need an ear pm me and I will help if I can?? Waves a paw and gives Bear Hugs. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

DB hugs hunny and another af day for Budgie please which makes 19 :) Thankyou so much for scoring for us this month. You rock girly  (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

YM welcome back matey, good to see you :) Take care (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Lots of us still missing, Dear Lurky, Bhb, 40SM, 365,Winebox, 69 Chick etc etc. Hope everyone is ok? Dear Fluffy has been gone ages. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sorry that Honeybear and Sim are having a hard time at the moment. ((Hugs to both of you))

I had a nice healthy lunch of vegetable and lentil stew with homemade dumplings and then had a long nap, my body must have needed it. I feel much better now. I only have to wait until tomorrow to see someone professional. :) I'm just drinking lots of water to flush out my system a bit.

    I hope everyone is okay.:A

I'm trying to think of what to have for a dinner this evening.

It was up hill and down dale and plenty of uphills alongside plenty of stops and rest with coffee and squash

5 1/2hrs for a beautiful and relaxing slightly strenous walk - planning much more strenous ones later on in June so I'd better jump back on the stepper again for the next few weeks :D

YM, have you given up on being a spy in favour of running Freecycle?

Sparkles, sounds like a nice walk - I miss hills - where I am around London is very flat
