Hi Guys,

115k hugs hunny and as Eselt says you do need to secure professional help, post on here as she says to get the support. But it is a must that you get the help you so desperately need. I wish you only good things and I hope that this awful period in your life will soon be gone and you can be much happier and find the peace you need. Big hugs (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sorry that Honeybear and Sim are having a hard time at the moment. ((Hugs to both of you))
I had a nice healthy lunch of vegetable and lentil stew with homemade dumplings and then had a long nap, my body must have needed it. I feel much better now. I only have to wait until tomorrow to see someone professional.I'm just drinking lots of water to flush out my system a bit.
I hope everyone is okay.:A
