...But if it makes you feel any better, Piglet is still in his PJ's (refusing to get dressed) and is rolling around on the floor, wrapping himself up in the duvet shouting out he's a sausage roll!:D

He didn't, but I think he never left it where he thought anyway.:p

I cracked open a can of lager at 7am this morning. I don't know what is wrong with me at the moment. I'm feeling a little bit wasted at this time and drinking right now. I'm just being completely out of control lately and I'm not sure if something has triggered me into feeling so depressed.

(Sorry, I feel like I always complain on here.)

I hope everyone else is okay.:A

115k hugs hunny, and it is indeed worrying that you have opened a can of lager so early today.

I also read your post from a couple of days ago, re: drinking 4 bottles of wine. That is such alot of wine to consume. (I really don't know how you managed that)?

I know you have not been having a great time of late, but you really must try and address this now, before it takes you over and opening a can first thing in the morning becomes another habit.

How is your counselling going? Could it be that you are resurfacing some memories that you feel unable to handle now?

I know you suffer also from depression, I do feel so worried as your posts of late, have much cause for concern.

I am sorry because I guess none of this helps, but try and find your trigger points and try to understand why you are doing this?

You are obvioulsy aware that it is not good for you, however our frame of mind at the time has much influence on our actions.

We have all experienced the *** it mood and not really caring at all, as to how much we drink. Thankfully for many it lasts only a short time, there is always the chance though that this frame of mind carries on much longer.

I really hope you will be alright, and perhaps Graeme, Eselt,Ra, Mp,Bis or Heath will be along to help you further.

Big hugs sweetheart and you really do need to start taking better care of yourself :A (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Planning a hoover spree, well working upto it really ;)

I have put some washing in though, if that counts?

Bathroom, en-suite and conservatory need a good bottoming, this will require much planning ;)

Budgie who is not here and is being very lazy today.

I'm off to Mr Ts to buy ingredients for a mahoosive beef bourginion (sp?) so that I can safely get rid of the freebie red wine tomorrow, I'm not into wine particularly, but if there was nothing else in the house then who knows......

Thank you BB. :A I know I have been all over the place lately. I think it might be the counselling triggering things in my mind. Also my psychiatrist hasn't been helpful as well. She said I could call her anytime if I needed help and then she wasn't there when I called her from 9-5 the other day and I ended up in A&E with self harm. I felt really guilty taking time away from people with real physical problems. I know I have a mental illness but I feel like it isn't really recognised by people.:(

(Thank you to Jo with your lovely message too.:A)
