Thanks Budgie. I feel the same but if Aragorn turned up at the door I'd give it a try.
Lights out of course :rotfl:0 -

I'm mostly a lurker and only speak sometimes (bit like my real life)
I've been following the thread for about a year now and I think there must be lots (many 1000s?) of people out there lurking and reading but not posting. We'll never know about them but you guys will have been a big help to many of them.
Been reading back and just thought I would quote this.
For some strange reason I have found myself thinking that we are in a soap. By that I mean isn't it strange to think that we all write about our lives on here. (Some of us do longer posts than others) and people will pop in each week and update on how we are all doing?
We could be on location at Bear Towers.
Do you know I think I should go to bed now, we all know how Budgie's imagination can go off on its own tangent......................
Still its nice to think that people get some benefit from our trials and tribulations. I think for anyone struggling with alcohol, to read that it is the same for many of us, I am sure helps?

I'm sure it does Budgie. I was so relieved to find I wasn't the only one.0 -
Hi all
Best of luck over the bank holiday weekend, and thankyou so much for all the 'welcome back' messages-you are without doubt the nicest bunch of people on MSE.
Totally agree re: Lord of the Rings tonight- I'm just getting over it- can't remember much of the plot due to lusting and general perving- my favourite is Aragorn and ALL of the male elves (I think I spotted about 960, but I might have missed a few.
Catch you all later- Eselt.0 -

Good morning all !
What are you like....lusting over Elves! (His names Legolas btw and he IS yummy!!!:rotfl::rotfl:)
I'm probably going to be a bit bored myself this morning. OH and his son are off doing a car boot to raise some dosh to get my car through the MOT:eek:. So me and Piglet are home alone. He's being lazy, lounging on the sofa and watching postman pat and I don't feel in any rush to move myself either!
Budgie - good to hear you and Mr Budgie are getting along better. I hope this trip is good for him. Fingers crossed.
115k - Hope OH has found his money. Why do men always think we know where everythng is!?
DB - ((hugs))
OH and his Son had a nice time in MK yesterday. His son only needs one more lesson and then he can go out on the slopes by himself (he's learning snowboarding). Last night he was looking at Snowboards....blimey they're expensive!! He asked me for an old jar with a lid...he's starting saving straight away, He's put a picture of his fave snowboard on the front and put some money in that he had in his pocket. I'm impressed (I'm not a good saver myself) so gave him some money to help start him off. He's also said he'd like to earn a bit by doing jobs for people. He's pretty good with money (unlike his sister) so I'll be paying him to do a few things. Bless him!
Anyway, best move my bum. Can't sit here all morning......can I???
