I have given you one for yesterday and one for today

Have had such fun tweaking my running training plan. I have now plan for next 13 weeks (including this week) and then after that I will start my half marathon training taking 12 weeks so should keep me out of trouble (and wine aisles). :j

Better go get something to eat and then go to bed as I have scheduled my first tempo(ish) run for tomorrow morning
