Just wanted to add that Im sorry if anyone thinks I haven't done my role in this ok, I had been pming Lellypants for a while and had a reply in the early stages saying she wanted to sort out the materials for the quilting bit but as I said before after that I had no replies. I know I haven't been on but ive been really unwell but I am sorry.

Emzy, hope you're feeling better now.

I think none of us really wanted to look as if we were being a bit pushy re the quilting part. It probably takes quite a bit of time and effort to gather just the right coloured materials and then work out what to use where...I would take absolute ages worrying about getting it right, especially when working with lots of other people's work....not that I have done much quilting (and none for absolute ages!:D).

Lellypants may well be doing lots of work on the quilt, but it would be good to get the odd update from her, just to let us know how things are going.

Thanks to all of you (and Dora too) for getting the project this far.

I think we have done soo well to get this far with all our stitching, considering what busy lives we all lead!! We are all impatient to see the final quilt, but we will just have to learn the art of patience...I'm still practicing this...hard for me at time though!!

Emzy I don't think anyone is apportioning blame to any one at all. When one types a question it can come across as rather direct rather than just a query, which was my intention.

I do hope you are feeling much better & given your thinking you are to blame can't feel too good either. Worry not. It's just a question of chasing things up & keeping things moving, that's all.

the good news: lesley is still alive!!!!

sorry had to share that............ am beginning to feel like a stalker. according to her husbands facebook page (haha men are week and have rubbish security/ privacy options) they were sorting out her 65 pairs of shoes over the weekend.
