We are looking for a flat to buy in London. Think our landlord (who is selling) has been visiting this site :( as we can't buy it; think it is about 40 -50k overvalued but the site doesn't.

Those of you with houses - it seems way out. But London flats?
Prices are static here but at a dizzyingly high level. I see one poster above says it's fairly accurate on London flats. Any other gotham residents of the same depressing opinion?

Thanks for the link - it UNDERVALUED my house - I think this is because last year a house in my street had a very bad fire, so of a small number of sales in the last 12 months, that house was sold twice very cheaply, thus pulling down the average sale price.
