Said mine was worth £95-£110K. Another flat in the block has just sold for "offers over £100K", I bought mine for £87,500 in need of repair. So it looks a bit optimistic, but in the right ball-park.Happy chappy0

My gaff has been overpriced by 30k if only I could get 140k for where I live, more probably in the region of 105-110k is being realistic and I'd be over the moon.0
