Hi.. been reading this forum with interest and have sent away six PPI claims EGG,BoS,MBNA,Barclaycard and a SAR request to Alliance and Liecester...using template letters from here..i successfully reclaimed over £7,000 from Bank of Scotland about 3 years ago.. (overdraft charges)..so hopefully i'll have the same success.

You did the bank charges at the right time, not easy now although not impossible, however credit cards have not changed and are still totally reclaimable.
I successfully reclaimed £1600 ppi from A&L and recieved within the 8 weeks a couple of years back.
Cant comment on the others but about the start an MBNA.
Check the sticky at the top, bound to be more cases from the above creditors.

small update.. all recorded deliveries have been signed for ..and today i got a letter from BOS saying they are looking into my claim...i phoned the number and the bloke said hes requested a copy of my agreement from their files and that will take a week or so ... the chap has kindly given me his direct line.. lol .. i might just phone him every day cos i can

Update... recieved letter from EGG saying they will refund all my PPI payments plus 8% interest a total of £1300 odd ..i sent them one letter.they sent one back saying they were looking into claim and would be 4 weeks before decision was made...3 days after that i got the settlement letter... i hope the other claims i have in have the same outcome...:beer:

update... barclaycard send me a questionaire , completed and sent back
BOS ..they say i'll have thier decision by 15th may..
Alliance and Liec...returned one loan agreement after SAR .. and ohhhhhhhhhhh it has £3100 of ppi (i paid loan off in 2006)...my recorded delivery letter will land on thier doorstep tomorrow..:beer:
