Got a letter from FOS regarding one of the HBOS cards..they sent me thier questionaire to fill in , all filled in and will be sent registered post tomorrow:beer:

A&L wrote back to me re my claim for ppi...they say that while i'm an A&L customer my credit card was issued by MBNA who have the responsibility for the admin of the card ..and they have forwarded my letter to them and they will respond to me directly...blah blah :beer:

Been appointed an adjudicator for one of BOS credit cards by FOS

Also put in a claim for 6 years penalty charges on BOS card for £1600, they wrote back offering £480 which i declined over phone and they upped it to £1400 odd ! result..and no threat of FOS or court action needed..simples and only took a couple of weeks..soooo get your claims for charges in along with PPI claims its your money !!!!:beer:

Got a phone call from FOS today saying HBOS has agreed to refund ALL credit card ppi plus interest on wifes card , they are sending us the acceptance form to sign and they will send it on to bank..I dont know how much it is ..result..
my own credit card claim is with the fos too, hopefully that will have the same outcome, we took out the credit cards on the same day 9 years ago and they went to the fos 9 years later..lol lol and lol:beer:

recieved and posted off acceptance form to FOS today for wifes card ...AND ... i've been appointed an adjudacator for mine :beer:
