HBOS has recieved my acceptance form and say they will have the calculations done for next week (aye right) i'll let you know how much it is.:beer:

Halifax secured loan...' i agree the policy was not appropriate for you and have arranged for our redress team to complete the relevant calculations and put you back in a position you would have been had you not taken the insurance on this account, i am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The redress team will issue a seperate letter with a breakdown of any amounts paid to you,the calculation will be completed and a letter issued in the next five days....:beer: ohhhhhhhhhhhhh yes... first claim i've had that they admit it was mis-sold:eek:

HBOS sent me a mid month statement for my credit card ...showing they paid in £3500!..still no letter from them with how they arrived at that figure..and get this ..my statement shows that they owe me money!! thats a first:D
