Check your own User CP under Edit Options and make sure that automatically detect DST is checked and it should sort it.

When I click 'remember me' on log-in, it doesn't remember me, I have to sign in again after visiting another website, or closing the browser.

Still the same for me, three days now. The funny thing is it obviously does recognize the user as when I type in the first couple of letters of my username it offers me the full name in a drop-down box. Just my name, not a load of others. It also populates my password box automatically.

Also if I open another MSE window (it is my homepage so always opens first) it recognizes that I am already logged in, so it must have the IP address in memory.
