Hi Becles! Glad you had a good time :)
    Happy birthday Jayden :bdaycake:

I think I'm going to have to get a new mattress: my back is so sore in the mornings! Takes ages to ease out. It doesn't help when madam decides she needs in with us either - I end up scrunched to the side of the bed as she always rolls over on her side to face me and sticks her arms and legs out :rotfl: She loves sleeping with a pillow too Glam - always snuggles in.

The weather is horrible here today, and I was going to go and pick up a prescription, but not sure if I will bother now. I'll have a look in the freezer and see if I have anything in for tea: if not, then might have to go to the shops anyway :o

Boogellyboo - I love the tutu picture :D I have so got to get one for Elena...

Glam- you still have to call or send the form in so they have the correct figures. from what i can gather if you dont do the renewal they can stop your payments.

I will ring them later but it does say on the form, if you earnt between £24K and £50k in 09/10 go to Step 2, Step 2 - If you will earn between £24k and £70k your annual review is complete and you don't need to do anything your payments will continue as they are.

Becles - fab photo! Glad you had a good time :)

    Happy Birthday Jayden :D

I think that fox story is a bit strange, apparently the fox sneaked past the parents while they were watching TV and went upstairs and mauled the kids. Makes me wonder if they have a dog that we don't know about yet

As Jillie says, I'm sure you need to still phone with exact P60 details or everything stops and you have to pay back anything you have had.

My letter says as long as your income isn't below or above the threshold, then you don't need to do anything as they will assume all numbers are correct and proceed to pay you as scheduled (and the future payments for 2010-11 are detailed on the letter). *confused smiley* eta: cross-posted with Glam, that's exactly what mine says too

Happy Birthday Jayden!!:beer: (that's milk, clearly ;))

A bit of a flying visit, as we're off into town to sort Finn's passport (the maroon one this time) and indulge the tiniest bit in 2-for-1 Pizza Express. Hoping the rain holds off, but it likely won't.

BTW, I was playing like 7 games of Lexulous last night and I thought my brain was going to explode, so sorry I prolly left lots of you hanging. :rotfl:

    Happy Birthday Jayden :bdaycake:

Welcome back Becles, glad you had a good holiday.

Apparently the parents were watching tv so thats why the door was open (they were still up) and the fox went upstairs. To be fair we have loads of foxes round us that wander round at night but at least we have Taz to scare them although most will stand there for a few minutes before running off even then.
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.
  • And me SS.

    Morning all.

Benjamin pooped in the night again and his bottom is really sore :( I really don't know what to do with him ATM. As soon as it starts to clear up something happens and it gets much worse again. Poor babba.

He woke up in a really cheery mood with me this morning but a really grumpy mood with his daddy. It is getting to be more and more common that he is crying when his daddy has him and wanting to come to me :( I think it is because I talk/entertain/play with him whilst hubby wants cuddles (especially in the morning) but hubby doesn't seem to see that. He thinks Benjamin should just want to lie there with him, or sit on the sofa with him...it ain't ever gonna happen!!

I do feel awful for hubby though. I would hate it if it were the other way around.

    Happy Birthday Jayden!!!

  • Maz - I know I should ask this question the day before I want to buy nappies but do you know off the top of your head where is the cheapest for green nappies ATM?

By green I mean the ones I use at night-time, not eco-friendly :o

Husband is often the same way - he doesn't seem to realise that stuff can change in a second and while last week Molly was happy to cuddle up with him in the bed and watch a film this week she wants to climb on him and over him and try to escape the mattress.

We have a game that the three of us can play together, so he does spend time playing with her and she doesn't get arsey with him - but it does worry me. I also worry because she's napping less and less and he isn't keeping up with her changes. Yesterday she was up for about 40 minutes, yawned and he put her in the crib straight away and then wondered why she was howling. I didn't believe in maternal instinct as something that fathers can't learn, but I do wonder.

Hello everyone, i can't believe it's been nearly 2 months since i last came on. It has flown but we had a bit of a gap with hospital apts for both boys so i have been taking the time to just play with an enjoy the baby as i felt i lost those magical first weeks/months with being so busy with apts and him being ill. We have had a fab time and hubby has been taking quite alot of annual leave too so we have being doing proper family things.

I hope everyone is well. I am off to the HV clinic in a mo she was ment to be coming here like she still does every month but she is in clinic so i have to go there but it my normal clinic so i don't really know where i am going.

H is still under the hospital, under 3 different department and the apt are starting up again. I wish they could all coincide with each other and have them all on one day but it doesn't work out like that so i end up going sveral times a week.

He is 6 months and was 12lb at last weigh in so lets see how much he has put on. I bet all the 6 months babies on here are doing really well. As H is so small he can't do much he doesn't sit, can't roll over etc but they just say he is a couple of months behind what with not being well and will catch up so i am not worried yet.
