MFD & SS We're a bit the same here, not so much with OH because he still gets cuddles off her , but also does fun throwing her around stuff.

But I felt a bit sorry for FIL at the weekend. He used to get cuddles off her too, but now she has fully working legs, she's not sitting still long enough so I think he felt a bit of a spare part!


V is being girly cute this morning. She's brought me L's tub of hair clips and given me 6 assorted ones to put in her hair. :A She looks so cute if you ignore the big green caterpillar crawling out of her nose.

Jamie's eyes and nose are streaming today but I'm wondering whether he has hayfever rather than a cold.

Interesting, MFD... we noticed almost the same thing but it was the other way round - I was the one playing and stimulating E, OH was the one who had him all day and wanted periods where he would just sit and chill out with her, and he noticeably started picking me over her when I was around.
She changed her habits to make a point of having intense 100% play-time with him for solid periods a couple of times a day, and now he is happy with either of us but it was a bit upsetting for a while.

Poor Benjamin's bottom "Butt OUCH" as Elijah would say.

How cute on "love you" he'll be talking sweetly very soon! One of our games at the moment when we're in different rooms, is to tell Elijah "go see mama/dadden and say 'love you'" - he sprints off to find the other person, stares at them intently and says "uv ooo"

no cuddles here either, she puts her arms out for you to get her, but she's just using you really to help her stand up

Well trying to give T her first bottle of ebm and she isnthaving any of it! and still having issues expressing tho I have v heavy full boobs so not sure what's going on.

Right... (prices from website only) wasnt sure what pack size you wanted to buy

Carry packs Tesco & Asda both 2 packs for £10 nappy 18p
Economy packs Tesco and Boots 2 packs for £16 nappy 17p
Jumbo packs in Tesco, Asda and Boots 2 packs for £18 nappy 13p.

Now I will check at lunchtime if I can in SAinsburys because I thought the economy packs were on 2 for £13.50 until end of today although the AF ones are showing as 2 for £12 today (£1.50 cheaper than they were yesterday :eek::mad:!!!) Hope that helps


PS did you not stock up on the B2G2F at Tescos the other week?


BTW anyone thats been on camping/ caravan hols... we're staying in a static caravan on IOW in August and need to get some sort of travel cot for William (he will be 8m then). I dont want one of the normal Hauck type ones as obviously wont have a lot of room.... any recommendations?

Shamelessly reposting an old fav pic of Rhys.. taken a year ago today, the first time he was on just oxygen and off his CPAP (breathing) machine <LINK REMOVED> cos I can't paste pic in

He has finally started rolling again (just in time for the physio's next visit at 2.30pm today ) and has learnt to clap and wave so that's all we get now - you only have to smile at him and he applauds! :rotfl:
