Well he's self employed, so as they don't employ him and he doesn't have any sort of contract I don;t think have to do anything. Bit of common courtesy wouldn't go amiss though.

No, you see I live with a packrat although I am a confirmed minimalist. Our apartment looks like this. My husband likes to live like this. I would like to live like this. So the first option is a compromise - but it only takes a few days for his tendencies to overwhelm mine and I end up like this.

At the moment it's even worse because our bed's not here, so all the stuff we normally store under there is out in the apartment taking up loads of space.

Thanks SB - she didn't call on Friday when she was supposed to :mad:
The day unit is supposedly open til 6 on Saturdays and I made her call at 5.30ish but no answer so, no, not yet. I don't think they'll give them to me if I call on her behalf...

Ugh. It's now raining here meaning I can't hang out the washing I just rewashed cos I forgot to hang it before I went out yesterday. Damn.

Going to put Alfie down for a nap in a minute as he seems to have worn himself out by properly laughing He was doing this the other day for his day but first time for me, I almost cried!

Ooh going to so chicken curry in the slow cooker today.

SS you make me laugh. Has hubby not taken the hints about the cleaner for your birthday then?

Sami - is E really finding the Amber necklace irritating, am thinking of getting T one already as they say can be used from 8 weeks and then they don't notice them. Thanks for the linkie to feelies post, really helpful x!

Boo - that fingerprint charm is lush, love that it can have a name on too. I was going to get one from https://www.tinytreasures.co.uk with a footprint as there only round the corner from us but think I'll get that now.

Fb - no idea how much there pics are but do know it's not cheap! I do however get 25% discount as I work for mothercare and mil has said she will pay for a pic so will copy whatever she gets lol.

Muso - am only managing about an oz at a time so your doing better than I. Eek at poosplosion!!!!

Glam - hope the chinease was yummy haven't had one for ages!

SJ - poor hubby loosing a nights work hope he finds something else soon.

SS - eek at clutter I couldn't live like that either, has hubby still not got the cleaner for your birthday hint?!

How muggy was last night! I ended up putting T to bed in a very cute pair of cotton pjs so she didn't over heat. Must have done the trick cos she only woke once for a feed and slept till 7 and was happy to just lie by me in bed till 8am !!

Yes but we have now reached a point where it's critical, sooner than expected. I am now making my list before tackling the stuff that really can't wait, but it's a lovely day so I think a spot of beergardening is also in order.

som, the necklace seems to be bothering finn a bit, or it's a total coincidence that he wouldn't go to sleep until i took it off. Am going to persevere so he gets used to it when he's awake hoping he won't notice it anymore after a few days.

Hope you manage a good compromise.

DH likes to put things away, just so they are out of the way and out of sight, but then deletes his memory and has no idea where he has put things. It drives me insane!

just relaxing today before i pick up my madam at 3:30 its peeing it down today and the thunder woke me up (instead of jayden :eek: :rotfl:) so going to make a cuppa and do nothing apart from play with jayden x
