Well I have been very busy since going back to work and retraining but life is starting to get back to normal now :)

I have a few photos of my 2 together but I think it helps that Jas is old enough to hold Dylan at peace while I take the photo :p lol

(And I missed you that much too ;) )

Septemberbaby - My OH is the same tidying stuff away and then suffering either memory loss or denying all knowledge. Have been loosing clothes recently and just noticed he's taken to hanging them all on the back of our bedroom door!!

Happy Birthday Edgar x Hope its a fab day x

Aless - me and OH arent married but neither of us can remember exactly when we got together lol, just some time August/September tho to complicate matters we were on and off since the May! So we never do anything, but would be one bonus of us getting married, should he ever change his mind.

boo - thats really good to know that Isla's necklace doesnt bother her cos I had read that was the theory. Oh and thanks for posting the card offer I'm gonna order one when OH is at work tomorrow, he's far too nosey for me to keep it from him atm.

ebay addiction has paid off, managed to pick up T a wet suit for 99p plus £2 P&P, its the current mothercare design and RRP is £20! Now hunting for a swim seat and were all good to go swimming :D

On the amber necklace front, can anyone see any issue with this one?

    Happy Birthday, Edgar!!! :D:D

SS, I thought about it but all I have is a black Sharpie and white printer paper? :p

eta: not sure Som...I bought mine off the seller Boo linked and they have a blurb in their description of beware of cheaper sellers as to sell REAL amber, it does cost something and the cheaper ones are more liable to be reconstructed/pressed/or even fake. But unfortunately I doubt there's a way to tell the difference. :o This is the seller and it cost £11.99.

Sainsbury's have some really nice kids swimwear at the moment if anyone else is looking for it :T and it's all very reasonably priced as well :D

They've also got lovely baby clothes. I'm trying to refrain from buying much more than sleepsuits and vests because I know people will buy her things when she arrives, and also because although the summer things are lovely they may not be suitable for september :( Someone needs to tie my hands together (or at least change my pin to stop me buying things!)

We've had DSD to stay last night, all went quite well considering it's been a long time since she last stayed. My three have now gone off with their Dad's mum and we'll be taking DSD home I expect.

How is everyone doing with baby sleep? I was following that with interest the other day and I've lost it now!
Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession :o:o

We're like that too! :D It all started sometime around October but I perhaps/maybe/umm/sorta was with someone else (OH knew, other guy didn't!) until I managed to get him to understand it was over (long-distance, he was at uni so all phone calls/txts/emails) and then we finally admitted to everyone else at work we were together on my birthday which is end of February..

Can't remember what now, but I mentioned wanting something for the house and my mum told me to pick a date so then at least she would have an occasion to buy us a present (since a wedding date isn't very forthcoming!).. I told her with her shoddy memory I'd be able to keep moving the date to my advantage everytime I thought of a suitable anniversary gift! ;):p :rotfl:

It really does drive me nuts especially when I can instantly tell him where something is when he asks me!

The only good thing is that he will sit next to the toybox every evening and sort and match every single piece of puzzle/toy/block ready for the next day. I just chuck everything back in :o.

Right, I'm away now ladies and gents.

We're going to the IL's this afternoon. Poppy calls FIL 'Other Grandad'! Not sure how he would feel about this if he knew. How does everyone else distinguish? The GP's are not keen on their first name being tagged on. Its ok with our Mums as they are Nanna and Granny :)

SB, I refer to OH's parents as "Other Grandma and Grandad".. really must get out of that habit! I say it as in "No, not the G&G that you see all the time (and are actually bothered about you!) but the *other* ones" :o:p I think OH used to refer to his two Grandma's with their surnames tagged on, but I have a Grandma and a Nanna. ETA: Though come to think of it, I have "Grandad" (married to Grandma and who we saw all the time cos we live nearby) and "Grandad G" (married to Nanna but lived far away, and passed away when I was 5).

Molly only has one set, so we have Nan and Grandad.

We're off shortly too, I'm just kicking myself - I bought a dress in Next while we were in the UK and although the label says 9-12 months the tag says 3-6

Also I just had to iron my only pair of cropped trousers. Summer is definitely here!!!

Right, so, laundry goes in, I can text my mother on the way and now it's time for biergartening!!
Oh and I might sort of maybe have a lead on a job.............. we shall see.
