I'm not entirely sure... Formula manufacturers would have you believe there's not enough iron in breastmilk so that you buy the fortified follow on milk... It's true that there's lower levels in bm but it's in a form that is easily absorbed so I would think while you're still breastfeeding then she'll be getting enough...

I've never substituted either of the girls diets... They seem healthy enough to me...

Thanks Krystal, it was more the thing Bruno mentioned about the babies store of iron that had me worried. Will have a bit of a google and see if I can find anything else.

Jenny, I really don't know what I'm talking about so don't be too worried by anything I say!
If it helps at all, Elijah is still BF now at 22 months, and wasn't eating a lot of solids at all til at least 7/8 months without any problems. We never gave iron any thought.

I think I might get this for the girls room...

We're probably going to paint the rest of the room green (grass) and blue (sky) and see if we can get mini beast stick arounds or something... Undecided at the minute... And completely un-artistic too... Any ideas anyone?
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Help please, sorry :o, never sold on ebay before, do I do quick sell or advanced? Oh so much hassle! :rotfl:

I use advanced as I find it easier to mess about with the pics.

    Happy Birthday to Edgar. :bdaycake:

I like it Krystal - but make sure the girls do too!
When we moved here, L was about 2 1/2. I did her room in pink, with a half height flower mural, of big flowers with faces and ladybirds, bumble bees flying about. It was really gorgeous. She was terrified of it and refused to sleep in there until i'd redecorated. :rotfl:

SeptemberBaby - The toy box sorting OH part sounds handy but shame about the rest! Im sure its an OCD type thing with my OH and poss linked to his dyslexia, that and his Mum is very similar.

EA - oops about the CD but pleased you had a good time and yeay for all the ££, any plans on what you'll spend it on.

Elle - that sounds v similar to me and OH, handy about the anniversery pressie thing tho, we dont do gifts unless its a big milestone.

On the names for rents we have Nana & Grandad and Granma and Granpa :D there choosing so hopefully that'll keep it easy.

T has taken to doing only one poo every otherday at the mo wonder if this is down to weather or 12 week growth spurt or something else!

Oh here are the shoes BB sent us.

Wow, too confusing for me! We have Grandma and Grandad followed by surname :rotfl:

Glam, you seriously need to slow down . You are still recovering from a major operation and have gone back to work full time. You must look after yourself or you will make yourself ill :o
