Ooh, Jam where are you going? We've just come back from a week in Chwilog, not far from pwllheli... :D
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

incline was rolling hills ... speed was 8.9 ... distance cover 3.08 km ... they told us about the machines and how to use them but i thought you meant as in a programme designed for your body .. its ok to be honest ive just building myself up slowly and i didnt realise that i can run rather then a sprint and be out of breath like i expect to be x
I never ran on the treadmill. Running isn't good for your joints and isn't the best way to tone up (which is what I wanted) you should maybe treat yourself to a heart rate monitor, if you google I'm sure you can find the equation to work out your ideal HR for what you want to do (its different for fat burning etc)
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

SJ - huge hugs hun, my parents split up when I as 5 and in some ways I think that was better than it happening when I was older.

Thanks, I want them to split though!

    I want pizza now too.

I tried to join BB ages ago but the payment never worked for me, can't remember why now. Still get random emails from them though, not offering sztuff, just marketing crap.

We've got a cottage booked in Pwllheli (well, Llangybi) - small world hey :D. Any good recomemdations for 7 adults (one just 18), a 7yr old, 4 yr old and 8 month old? lol The cottage has it's own indoor pool so not devastated if it rains all week...though some nice days would be nice :j

Not rushin off til C wakes so will keep checkin back . . .

Aww no that's ok. It's a shame but my dad is basically a good person that acts like a pr1ck a lot (very long story and pretty complicated) but basically my mum deserves better that what he gives her so I think she should leave. I have said she can come stay here if she needs to  Now that would be hard!

Meant to say earlier bless Jack and his egg!

I'm not really sure about all this sterilising. So long as the bottles etc are properly washed I don't see the point?! Even now A has his (unsterilised) fingers in his mouth ALL the time. When he startes crawling god knows what will get into his mouth!

<<----bad mummy doesnt sterilise her baby's bottles :o
