this gym is more of a self training gym but i am setting up an appointment soon as i really want to hit certain areas of my body namely my stomach ... i dont ever push myself to hard and if i feel i am i take a break im in it to get fit and healthy and lose weight not to damage myself :) x
I just don't want you wasting your time either, just popped into my head when you said you'd been on the treadmill for 20mins, obv without knowing incline, speed and distance covered it didn't tell me if you had used it effectively or not :)

incline was rolling hills ... speed was 8.9 ... distance cover 3.08 km ... they told us about the machines and how to use them but i thought you meant as in a programme designed for your body .. its ok to be honest ive just building myself up slowly and i didnt realise that i can run rather then a sprint and be out of breath like i expect to be x

We got C's BabyBandz from Mothercare - £12 for the adventurer ones. Not much of a price difference from the ebay place.

Have been keeping up but nothing much to say. We're off to North Wales for a week tomoz with family so will de-lurk for now.

Hugs to all, have a nice week and I'll be back next Sat. Oh, might need some help getting C into her cot again :o cos she was pulling herself up on the end of it tonight while I pottered waiting for her to finish playing and get ready to sleep! Need to lower the base and sort out her going to sleep without dropping off while feeding .

Night all, see you in a week xxx xxx

ETA Good luck tomorrow to EA - enjoy every minute xxx

Ah, may have shot myself in the foot with that one! I hate those stupid big sigs! They give me migranes! I joined up and one of the mods PM'd to welcome me and I replied saying OMG whats with the sigs on this forum? Do you realise it will put folk off?
She replied saying that now I'd mentioned it she thought it looked untidy.
I think thats when I got put on the bad egg list :o:rotfl:
Lol I did comment on one of their FB photos that the product (a bag sling) was dangerous, maybe I'm black listed too!

Doesn't explain why hubby has only had 1 product since I signed him up in Nov with his Mum's address.

We got our Sophies from little sunflowers :D

SB - me likes ur new avvy!

I'm just gonna join in and say I'm a bit p'd of the the so called system BB use to allocate things, I don't believe there is one and I think there should be more things on the website to find out about you n your children like if you use cloth nappies, is the child toilet trained, has sensitive skin etc I'm sure they'd match products better that way.
IfI thought I could be bothered i'd go on their forum but have you had a look in there? they allow HUGE sigs I cba with all that crap!

    Thank you! :)

I haven't been on their forum just look at the updates on FB. I've never received anything for Poppy, only Jamie, but definately had my £5's worth (especially in the first year when it was little known ).

    xx

    Good Evening :D

    Anyone miss me?

Just a flying in... I'm absolutely knackered... 1 week of lots of fun activities and not a lot of sleep really takes it out of you... At least it's the Dad's group in the morning so I stand to get a full 2 hours uninterrupted sleep... ;)

    How is everyone?

And good luck for tomorrow EA :D
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
