Sugar, I have a spare one here? (Gate, not tea..
)
My cat woke us up this morning... If he wasn't neutered, I'd have strung him up by his balls for miaowing right outside the bedroom door...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Hammy, have a lovely holiday (not jealous at all)!! And well done to David for becoming mobile!0
-
Oooh, well done David!
Thank you Susan
Does anyone else find that they never get to finish a cup of tea any more? And on that note, I hear rumblings from the bedroom. Little Miss Shoutypants is awake and it is time to make cereal, wrestle her into her clothing and hunt down a baby gate, tealess
Now you see, I would have thought that out of the 3 things on your list, this would not be the one you didn't do! :rotfl:0 -
morning all, gotta go back and catch up but need to ask a question re shoes cos I cant remember. I know that when they are younger you tend to get kids measured every 8 weeks or so for new shoes but when they get to 2½ how often do you go ?Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0

Thanks Krystal, I think we need a super-wide one - we live in an old building and the doors are about a metre wideOrganised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

SUCCESS!!!
I am now swallowing my last mouthful of tea!!! The last 3-4 were cold because they were interrupted by spooning mango and peach porridge into a small wriggling bundle of awesome, but I finished my cup of tea!!!!!
We're now torn over where to go for the babygate. Ikea has one wide enough (discounted with family card), and we can return a few things, and we can have nommy Ikea lunch, and it is not too much of a PITA to get to. Babies R Us also has one that is cheaper, is on the industrial park where there is a huge trade delicatessen type shop so we can load up on tasty Italian stuff and a couple of other shops ... but we have to take two trains and a bus and THEN walk for 20 minutes each way to get there.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Morning all..
Have a fab holiday, hammy!:hello:
Re: safety gates, those Lindam ones from Asda don't fit our doorways after allI didn't think they were particularly narrow doors but... Haven't looked yet but I suppose the narrow ones are going to be more expensive that the normal ones *rolleyes*
Rhys is fine this morning (after his nosedive off the sofa last night). I woke him up at 8am as his lie in yesterday threw everything out of kilter a bit. He was doing over-enthusastic sighs and rubbing his face during his bottle but at least he might nap later
We need to go to a card shop so might take a drive into town later
Hope everyone has a good day xx0 -
Morning everyone
Lily has cradle cap. Its quite alot of it to.
How can i help it along? I read that you can put baby oil or Vasaline on it overnight and then wash it off in the morning. But she's very hairy and it would mean covering her actual hair in oil/jelly.0 -
