I did some detective work and it seems to be someone who's a mutual friend of a MSE mummy but who's randomly friending all the friends of her friend to try and attract loads of friends and potential customers for her business, which is advertised on her page.

    Clear as mud?!

I'm just home from the most pointless meeting ever. Whole department meets weekly to make announcements and discuss patients who need to be waitlisted for the group sessions or inpatient care. This week the only announcements were that four people will be on holiday at varying times over the next week, and there were NO PATIENTS for the patient discussion. It meant I was home very quickly, but I travelled for 30 minutes for a 4 minute meeting.

I wondered this SS...sorry your meeting was pointless.

Off to get William weighed later I havent done it since April... why is it you dont seem bothered with the second one..:rotfl:

Are they supposed to get a 9 or 10month check? I'm sure the boys got one but has it been done away with now?

My HV said they do a check around that time but that if we don't want it then we don't have to.

No chance of catching up so hope you are all OK.

I am sick - threw up twice yesterday and again this morning, feel dizzy and lightheaded and evrything I've tried to eat or drink since yesterday morning has come back up (including water!) so feel very weak. Still in work though :o

Jack is an absolute nightmare at the mo, refuses to go to sleep and stay asleep. He went to bed at 10.30pm last night  Despite rubbing his eyes and letting him fall asleep on me, within 2 mins of being in his cot he's awake and standing up crying. Seriously need to address it on the weekend. He's also still having a bottle at night! Been going on for 2 weeks now - he eats 4 meals a day but won't have a bottle at creche so not sure what to do.

New job is going well but it's so tiring being up in the night and then up for the day at 6.30am - would be better if I got some peace when Jack went to bed but sadly it's not happening!

    Sorry for the mammoth post!

Our health trust calls it an "8-12 month check" so I think there's a wide time range it could be done.

Glam get home for rest. No good being at work when you are so ill.

DH is asleep on the sofa and has been for 2-3hours.
