    Thanks DK :) I live near the Volksbad, so would prefer somewhere with treatments as I can wander down there for steaming and such (and indeed, everyone goes nudey buff - all those synthetic swimsuit fabrics at your crotch while you're sweating makes the locals :eek:)

    I now have a friend on the case suggesting that sending me to a spa for a treatment while he tidies and the hired cleaner cleans would be a great plan. Excellent.

    The nude thing didn't bother me that much but it did when i was having a shower and a very older gent was having a very vigorous wash next to me.
