I'm also a bit miffed that girls aren't allowed to wear trousers, my year was the first year of HS to be allowed at ours, I only wore a skirt when it was really hot, plus my bum looked great in my totally not regulation trews :p
Mine never allowed trousers for girls, and still doesn't!
We formed at protest group at 14/15 and all came in together, in our grey Farah trousers. It didn't really work, we were all sent straight back home to get changed, with a letter to our parents.:beer:0 -

I haev tightened the inside straps to the tightest they go, plus it has a little belt and that is strangled around her stomach and it still falls down! She doesn't have a belly but I don't think 3-4 year olds should!!Four of the big schools around here have changed over the last couple of years to the long pleated check skirts! They are quite hideous, but I think I prefer them as they are all the same style and length and aren't allowed to be shortened/rolled up.
My Mum said it's to make everyone look the same. Whether you're a size 6 or 16, the skirt makes all look equally dreadful! :rotfl:
Weezl, mine took a lot longer to come back this time, despite fully bf both times...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

even the 'church' schools have really short skirts
DD1 goes to a catholic school and 2 years ago they introduced a knee length pleated skirt with the school emblem on which they all had to wear - It looks so much better as DD1 had a tendancy to like short skirts even tho she now mocks the local schools short skirts:cool: She is also allowed to wear trousers which she does most of the winter. Cant believe she leaves school at end of may:oMine never allowed trousers for girls, and still doesn't!

You deserve a large glass of wine now to help bring your brain back. Have you kept a copy?:beer:0 -
EH have just phoned to update i dont think they know their !!!! from their wlbow lol! rotavirus is not a notifyable disease but if it was norovirus then the place would have been investigated? they say that there is nothing they could do now as its too late to have all the kids tested to see if there was an outbreak in that area.
I have explained about us all being from all over Scotland and the chances of all the kids getting ill within such a small timeframe was not possible, they agreed and the guy is going to investigate and look into the case further.(i think he felt pressured as i said i was not happy!)
I will keep you updated as he said i would get a phonecall by the end of the week! What's for you won't go past you0 -
