Ooh, Tara have you ordered your cupcakes? These are lovely http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/24-LARGE-CUPCAKES-WEDDING-CUPCAKE-STANDS-FAVOURS-/250641312248?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Home_Garden_Celebrations_Occasions_ET&hash=item3a5b62e9f8#ht_1618wt_1137.

SJ (or anyone) do you know where I can get a tin for making a large, centrepiece cupcake? I want to make a big one (say 6" diameter) then make smaller ones to go round it.

And also I'm depressed. I bought a lovely cardigan today but my chuffing arms are too chuffing fat so I have to take it back and they don't do it in a larger size! Waily waily waily!
Stupid cardigans - I think they make them silly shapes. I had to get an 18 one time to fit my arms even though I'm a 10/12.
:hello: been sat lurking most the morning ..

how are you all? ... wanted to ask a question do you think a trike and a day out to the beach is enough for a first birthday??? ... i know they dont remember it just would like it to be nice x
    Sounds great to me.

  • Hiya,

For some reason I am reading but it is not going in.

Buggy - buy one you love. I liked the car seat option on the Stokke for nipping round the local retail park but wouldn't want Benjamin in it for too long.

I think the teething powders have made a big difference to Benjamin's tummy/bum thank-you Tia. Enjoy your kiddy-free time.

Hmm, sure I have more to say...

    Hi MFD How's the holiday?

There is an Xplory in green, with all the bits, sitting on ebay at £100, 3 days to go, collection only, just round the corner from me. I told OH it was fate but he just shook his head at me. :(

Buy it, buy it, buy it and then bribe him with sexual favours

    Is CP fabulous, MFD?

I also use the carseat on the pushchair sometimes. I find it useful when just popping into a shop or baby clinic since H is now too heavy to carry even the shortest of distances in his carseat.

I loved our travel system and used the car seat and buggy combo quite a lot :o
When S was first born we lived in a first floor flat, and I felt safer carrying him up and down the stairs while already strapped into the car seat. And when we moved into our house we lost the luxury of driveway parking and sometimes have to park a 5-10 minute walk away from home, and it made sense to get him in the car seat ready. We also have only a 3 door car, now he is older and has a forward facing fixed seat its a real struggle to get him in sometimes and I do miss the ease of aiming the seat in the back! I did use it for quick trips round town and to the supermarket as well, but if we were going to be out for longer I always took him out and put him in his buggy.
