    We're back!

Molly was an excellent girl in her photoshoot, she smiled and looked at the camera and was adorable and did everything she was supposed to. And we have a gorgeous one of her and me together too (including ridiculous hair). So I'm delighted.

She's now hiding her binkie in the crook of her neck, searching for it with two hands, and when she finds it putting it back in her mouth and clapping for her own cleverness :rotfl:

Can't help with bottles, sorry, but hello and welcome :)

.. but my career or lack of one has left me feeling sort of lost .. so my question is when did you decide on your careers and at what age? x

Having a career doesn't mean that you will not feel lost - I have one and frequently do feel lost. If you're not sure what career you want look at what skills you have and work from there.

I started off working in housing in advisory roles just after uni but ended up in the finance office in one (basically as I could add up!) which led to me train and qualify as certified accountant and have been doing that in public and private sector to just below director level for 10 years now. Now I have the little man, I really want something less demanding time wise so not sure what I will do but intend to start looking into it very soon.

Thanks to Fitzio and csh on Friday for the advice about my rtw - completely forgot about the 26 week job rule and your comments on constructive dismissal / redundancy make sense, think I'll just go for the handing in my notice option. Were it not for DP being on notice of redundancy I wouldn't be so worried about my work right now. Which means I have to go as he needs the lappy to finish his cv...

    Hello all :)

SJ, I've been having a PMing problem, so I'm not sure if you got my one asking when you'd like the couriers to come with your pool?

I sent it 10 days ago (PM not pool!) Apologies for the delay, we deflated washed and aired it really quickly but then wrapped it up without thermometer, and took ages to wrap it again :o

Ahh, no never received a PM!! You shouldn't have worried about the thermometer, you could have just wrapped it in a carrier bag and taped it to the parcel or something!!!

And no need to apologise for the delay, I won't need it again for quite some time yet and I'm sure you've had more important things to be doing :)

Send it whenever is convenient for you though, just let me know when it's booked for and I'll make sure I'm in :)

Always, can you not ask about the possiblity of looking for a job share partner?

My old job is full time and there must be someone in the office from 0830 to 1635 (our full hours) at all times, but they were open to recruiting someone else to do 2-3 days a week and me do the rest.

    Please help!! TMI warning.

Advice needed asap please. C has only just started doing solid poo's (at 1am yesterday morning) and she is struggling. It seems to come out every hour or so and about the size of a 2p each time. As there isn't much, it gets stuck between her bum cheeks (sorry :o) and now it's dry, sore, broken skin that's bleeding.

I tried Sudocream yesterday but it's getting worse. Would Vaseline help? Or Savlon? Olive oil? Any other recommendations please?

Nappy free time is irrelevant (though she has lots) cos it's not nappy rash - just where the poo is squeezing out so regularly.

I'm sure it will improve but she cries when I try to clean her up and it must be painfull for the poor little mite.

Any words of wisdom for those that have been through it?

Hope no-one is having Sunday lunch.

Thanks from my baby girl xxx

we're having a similar thing with Kian and Bepanthan has been the best. Sudocream doesnt work. a little bit of bepanthan and overnight it had gone right down. you only need a tiny bit every nappy change. you can get wipes if you dont fancy using your fingers (tmi)
