I'm in Coventry. My OH finds it hard to make friends and im worried that when she has the littleun she wont go out and meet other mums or she wont be accepted as some groups can be quite snobby, She's very shy and untrusting but she does want to make friends and gets upset about it!MFW - <£90kAll other debts cleared thanks to the knowledge gained from this wonderful website and its users!0

like what glam said, ans sure start centres are great places to meet other mums. if its your first the antenatal classes are good places to meet other mums/dads.
most people are more interested in the baby so they can compare to their own little one as well.'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
Just wanted to say/rant... Those nuby beakers with the silicone spouts are PAP!!!!!!
The spout just collapses all the time. However Amber liked chewing on it more than the hard spout and i think she actually got a bit of juice out lol!0 -
OK, so new boss isn't new boss *confused*
She's moved to another dept and my new boss is who I spoke to yesterday - I even said who I was, the fact I was starting on the 24th AND that I needed to discuss starting!
Doesn't sound promising does it?!! Lol!
Oh well, need to ring back in a bit!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
