Beenie - Im eyeing up the Mamas and Papas Joolz at the mo in a BIG way, boogelly and someone else (sorry cant remember who!!) recommended it and I love the look of it. But Im telling myself I should test drive it before purchasing. The other one is the oyster that I think you also like. What are we like!! I have got the M&P Pliko Pramette and bought a Quinny Zapp too, but want to sell the Pliko and get a pushchair that faces me and reclines too whilst T is still young. (Think I am just obsessed with prams really!!)

hugs AF - hows LO doing?

I've not had to write a CV for ages - always had to complete application forms instead which takes ages.

Weezl - I just took a look at your meal plan and looked at the food to buy for the month, we probably eat that much meat in a couple of days! Also IMO the smartprice meat isn't that great - I find the mince can be grisly. But then I am fussy and a bit of a food snob. :o
The apple curd sounds yummy though :)
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

Beenie I think you have to take the seat off the buzz to fold it, but it is very small when folded, My crazy mate has one because she owned a very (not) sensible street ka when she had her 1st then got a new beetle around her 2nd, both have boots smaller than your average WAG's handbag :p
I LOVE my icandy cherry, but I reckon it would fill the boot of a small hatchback if that's what you drive?

    still reading...

I forgot to reply to this! I think i've gone off the Quinny now in favour of an Oyster!! :D *needs*

I drive an old Clio, so the boot isn't very big at all, although it's bigger than the Saxo i had last lol!!

hi glam - hope you are feeling okay. i asked anyone with your number to text you my love when i saw you were in hosp.

still having trouble with LO's sleep. what about you and jack? LO slept for two hours today (she never does that). she was having her bottle tonight, but got a cough and then ended up being sick all over both of us. of course, it then took ages to go down. resulting in both of us crying. i'm not at my strongest at the minute (bad work day) so it didn't take much to get the water works happening on my side.

:D I have a Graco Mosaic which i bought second hand cos i knew i'd want a stroller for around the 6 month mark, it's ideal for it's current purpose (car seat clips on, umbrella fold) but it was never a long term option! I won't be able to sell it cos they go for pittance anyway and i managed to snap the footrest lol.

I looked at the Joolz but wasn't keen on it, can't remember why... but that was when i also hated the Quinny Buzz and i was considering buying one lol!!

Hubby's got a job interview... On Caitlyn's birthday! It's the first interview out of about 40 job applications... It's a way away but the actual job is based more local... I might go with him and make a day trip out of it...

Mfd, did you see my reply earlier?

AF - I can e-mail you a copy of my cv if you like.... pm me with your e-mail address if that would help. (not that I'm in the same kind of work, but you are welcome to nick my layout and what not.)

Sounds like a trip round the agencies would be wise once you have CV up and running - you need to get out of there!

    hi everyone,

i see hugs are needed, so passing some of mine onto all that need. can i have some back??

things are pants in my work life at the minute, to the point that i have started to write my CV. thinking of a complete change as i cant really do what do elsewhere, so looking at what's around. i know GISI volunteers with the Princes Trust. i think i'd like to work somewhere like that, but can't afford not to work.

haven't written a CV in ages and my old one is on our old laptop that died, so starting from scratch.

now, i need to find weezl's site somehow ...

Hey chick - is it a change of direction or just another firm that you need? I have a good format for an interesting CV if you want me to email it? As an employer it is always nice to see a CV which is not a run-of-the-mill-pulled-it-off-a-website standard blurb. I get very bored of looking at the same thing over and over :o
