Thanks for all the rubella info :)

Ita annoying as i've had the jab a few times in my 21 years and the last one when i was 18. And its worn off already ¬¬
I wouldn't profess to have any expert knowledge but from a layman's point of view it sounds like it would be fairly futile having it. Have they ever tested you soon afterwards to see if you had any immune response or are they just assuming that it worked and then wore off?

    Evening...

Just popping in briefly while dh is out

Great news on the vest caz, it all sounds very positive.

MFD hope dh is feeling better after his scare, glad it wasn't as serious as first thought!

Haven't really been on much as I have been a bit busy and a bit stressed, things have been on the change here...basically dh has been kicked out of uni through 'lack of progress' this has been brought about by his medical condition, and since he found out their intention it sent him really downhill, he was not even able to get out of bed somedays. Other days he did get out of bed but ended up either sitting in front of the tv (news) all day, or sitting around in the bedroom reading/computing and just wouldn't talk to anyone....it has all been going on for a few weeks really. I am just glad he is already on medication or thing would have been a hell of a lot worse and probably scary!! I have tried to suggest he sees the doc to find out if he should increase his medication back up to what it was at the beginning but he just shouts at me.... I have also tried to touch on the subject of money and find out how we are going to live, but that also keeps ending up in shouting. This baby is due in less than 8wks so there is no way I can go out and find work atm, or for the foreseeable future as I am a bit dubious about his ability to look after the young'uns whilst I worked (while he is in this state anyway) He has just applied for incapacity benefit, but we have never claimed benefits before, well we got dole money for a very short while about 14/15yrs ago, so I am not even sure how it all works anymore.....

So anyway that's my story, so far.....

    Kid news.
Ds2 has gone away with school for a trip, I hate seeing an empty bed:( Ds3 is walking like a pro and is now the proud owner of some snazzy outdoor shoes.....he is just mastering trying to stand up without pulling up on anything and thinks he is the bees knees when he acheives it, he comes trotting over clapping himself, and grinning, which of course gets plenty of well done's, claps and yays from anyone watching...the little sweetie. Ds1 is being a complete pain in the backside and I seriously feel like bashing him round the head...he has turned into a stroppy/moany/argumentative little s0d!!!

Today I smeared a big layer of bepanthen on Seth's bum and he was all red in him bum crack, so I squirted a line down it with the tube. I then leant over him to take the nappy he was playing with to wrap round his bum when he farted in my face and sprayed bepanthen all over my hair. It smelled and I am traumatised. That is all.

    Sorry Em but :rotfl:

We have two new games here, Daniel has quite sweaty feet so whenever I pull his socks off I pretend to smell then and then shout "poooooeeeee" and he giggles till he gets the hiccups! The other game is I place him down somewhere (floor or cot) and pretend to be a big scary giant/monster and tell him I coming to get him to which he squeals and trys to crawl off as quick as his little legs will carry him ( he ends up kinda bunny hopping!!) then when he stops to catch his breath he sits himself up, looks for me and then signs for more (My CM has taught him the signs for lights, juice, more, doggy, food and thank you.) :rotfl:

Sunderland should be first some time around 10pm. Most should be around 1-5am. Some don't start counting till the next day. With it being a close election I doubt we'll know until they've nearly all been counted.

ETA: I'm just waiting up for the 10pm exit poll results.

Oh Mel :( i'm not sure what to suggest - you can't force him to the doctors, but it sounds like he needs it. It might be worth having a look on entitled to, and finding out if there is any other help you can get?

Well done to DS3 - you can tell him all his MSE aunties are clapping him too :)

I really am going to bed now. Night all!

Night night ladybird......I imagine he will need to go the docs for some kind of medical letter to support his claim anywahy, so I am hoping the doctor suggests him upping his meds, he was dubious about him lowering them at the time anyway so fingers crossed....Thanks for ds3's claps, he will repay with his lovely grin:)

Thx for hugs too Susan, I really do feel like I need some lately:(
