Head to your MP Beenie, all this messing about requires serious action.

Molly threw up at Gymboree :( It wasn't much and was probably because she lay on her tummy and spun around at high baby speed, but they broke out all sorts of disinfectants and kept asking how she was and I felt terrible.

I have a limpet baby this morning :( (though I'm loving the cuddles! :D) He randomly burst into tears mid-breakfast. Have attempted to apply the Bonjela and I think I can feel a definite line of a top middle tooth but he won't let me look

Ooo - how exciting!! Although it may sit there (or even go back up) for ages yet. You can feel when they are properly cut because they feel like teeth (sorry if this is a stupid statement and completely obvious but it wasn't for me until I actually felt the difference if that makes any sense).

Bless him for his mid-breakfast tears :A

I am scared to live here :rotfl: rotten awful flats. Dunno why they are even checking the flats out, not like they care. My house is just a mess aswell, it's highly embarrassing, but there is no storage and we have a lot of crap

Don't have a car and my mum/dad wouldn't take them as my dad is allergic!! Plus they start doing it from May 17th for 6 weeks, don't even let you know WHEN they will come?! I might phone up and demand an appointment as I lead such a busy life. Sod it, the cats will go in my bedroom, if archie starts jumping at the door, I'll just have to batter the wee !!!!!!.

He is an utter pest though, can't behave, my house is in half the state it is because of him. scratches down the doors, on my dining furniture, the wallpaper in the bathroom, the wires at the sides of doors etc.......oh dear :o

caz i have plenty of energy in my jaw, i feel weird on these pills, like i've been taking recreationals LOL. Doesn't make me wanna get off my arris though.

3 - C's 'dad' wasn't working when i applied, but has had jobs since, although nothing much afaik. They wrote to me when C was little saying i was getting the £5 a week. I never had it paid, and over the 7 years since i've had random letters asking for his address which i've just ignored. I'm assuming he's been claiming JSA or working throughout this time, and i gave them his NINO when i applied...
They rang me a few years ago and i said just close the claim it's a waste of time i don't want his money anyway. Clearly they didn't bother and the case went back to the cave it had been sat in since 2003.

So when i rang to apply for Amber, they said they could see on my file that C's case was awaiting some more info or other, i said yeah - it's been like that for 7 years even though i've told you all i know.

Anyway i'm not bothered about it, i never wanted his money as i didn't want to thank him for anything!!! He's got another kid now so lets hope he supports that one (he's just split with her!) C doesn't ask about him, nor will he be told about him. And over my dead body will he be contacting him!! We have contact with his mam and she's C's grandma, she is good to us and understands that we'll never have anything to do with her son!

I was just wondering if there were any arrears sitting on that case?

J&L's dad is an absolute knoob. Since we split in 2000/2001 I've had a few months worth of £5's out of his JSA now and again. But, he had a proper above board job a couple of years ago and was assessed to pay £54 a week. He left before they managed to take any, but as he hasn't been in touch with them with a change of circs, and I haven't, that £54 is/and will continue to charge every week until he tells them different. :p
I know I won't get anything any time soon, but I see it as a little savings account with a nice few grand in there now.
If he ever does sort his life out, (i won't hold my breath), we'll get it! I refuse to close the case because I won't let him get away with the financial responsibility even though he can't be !!!!!d with the dad responsibility. (and breath!) :)

3 as far as i know the case for my sister and i is still open as he didnt pay a penny! would be good if they caught up with him as i probably be in for a windfall PMSL! *looks for the pigs flying*

    3 it's infuriating isn't it? I hope you get what you're owed...

No idea if the account was showing arrears, they never said. But i worked out that if he'd never had a job it would be £1820, but he's had jobs so would be more. He's a window cleaner now i think, so he must be self employed!

Anyway, just rang them and they said sometimes the system picks up the wrong child's name when sending the letter out. The she checked and said that C's case is definitely closed, and Amber's is still open. (Hmm..)

I asked what was happening with that and why is the claim only starting from 26th March when i applied in early Jan.. She ran off to speak to someone and when she came back she avoided my question and confused me. (doesn't take much).
Apparently they've been taking the money from my ex's account but not sending it to me. Sounds like a right money-spinner for the govt :p

BM - I was thinking of you before when they mentioned the name Idris on This Morning!

Caz - the avvies keep going funny for me too.

I'm trying to do one of the free photobox books and it's driving me daft, I can never decide a nice theme or suitable wording so it just end's up a big jumble of unorganised piccies with random comments! I need to have a rethink then start again :(

Was he ever assessed at an amount? If he was and hasn't told them different, that amount will still be charging.

I know they sometimes wait with little amounts til it's an amount worth paying out, unless you tell them otherwise.

I knew i'd heard it somewhere before! :p

Does anyone know where I can buy Jack Daniels Special Reserve? I've found it online for £40 odd, but it's not in stock til 6th May, and I need it to be here before 10th.
