Last time i spoke to them i was like why the eff did you put 2p in my account? I thought it was getting backdated from when i applied.

She said no, the claim starts from when we write to your ex.

I said so why the eff take over 8 weeks to write to him?

She said i dunno.

I'd be raging if he was meant to be paying me some worthwhile amount, but for £1.67 a week i can't say it makes much difference. But still, it's not the point!

(i was obviously politer ) and that still doesn't explain the 2p.

Head to your MP also my sister opend a case in july and they have mucked her about something awful! she went to her MP and they have agreed to backdate her money from the date she claimed as compensation!!!!
They have also set her up on weekly payment but she recieves them monthly? when she has asked about this noone can understand what has happend lol!

anyone got some spare energy/motivation lying around? i would happily pay the fairies PMSl!

Beenie They are supposed to get in touch with him within 6 weeks, so you could claim for those two missing weeks if it was a fair whack, but for £3.34 it's not worth the waste of time!

Tell me to F-off if i'm being nebby, but whats the situation with C's dad? Is he not working? Has he never been working?


ETA: I suggest you book a very long appointment with your MP!

Thing is I genuinely don't mind him going out, I actively encourage it (sometimes ) and he is fine at putting the babba to bed these days too so I could, if I needed to, just call and he would do it the other way around.

I have a limpet baby this morning (though I'm loving the cuddles! ) He randomly burst into tears mid-breakfast. Have attempted to apply the Bonjela and I think I can feel a definite line of a top middle tooth but he won't let me look :cool:

I get a letter through today about them about to assess all the buildings in this area from May 17th. To make sure they are up to a specfic standard (smoke alarms, cavity blah blah) One look at my flat and they will pass out, and also what do I do with the caaaaaaaaaaats.

That stupid male cat will start howling and jumping on the door handle when the person comes in. He is a such a giant ghey cat. They are the reason why I don't get repairs done to my house, I think my toilet is one poop away from falling to bits.

Should never of got cats, well should never of got that one, hindsight.....

caz i have plenty of energy in my jaw, i feel weird on these pills, like i've been taking recreationals LOL. Doesn't make me wanna get off my arris though.

3 - C's 'dad' wasn't working when i applied, but has had jobs since, although nothing much afaik. They wrote to me when C was little saying i was getting the £5 a week. I never had it paid, and over the 7 years since i've had random letters asking for his address which i've just ignored. I'm assuming he's been claiming JSA or working throughout this time, and i gave them his NINO when i applied...
They rang me a few years ago and i said just close the claim it's a waste of time i don't want his money anyway. Clearly they didn't bother and the case went back to the cave it had been sat in since 2003.

So when i rang to apply for Amber, they said they could see on my file that C's case was awaiting some more info or other, i said yeah - it's been like that for 7 years even though i've told you all i know.

Anyway i'm not bothered about it, i never wanted his money as i didn't want to thank him for anything!!! He's got another kid now so lets hope he supports that one (he's just split with her!) C doesn't ask about him, nor will he be told about him. And over my dead body will he be contacting him!! We have contact with his mam and she's C's grandma, she is good to us and understands that we'll never have anything to do with her son!
He knows the situation - he's never showed an interest and doesn't ask his mam about C or anything. I'm assuming she'll have showed him pics but he wouldn't dare show his face after all this time i don't think.
