Morning,
Holly has been awake between 6 - 6.30am all this week. I don't want that to be a new waking time! I can leave her for a while to blether to herself though before fetching her, but I am awake by then.
SJ - Holly was a brilliant sleeper up until about 6 or 7 months. She never had night feeds or anything from a few weeks old. I always knew it was too good to last so be prepared, and if it goes downhill, just be grateful and console yourself that you had it good, for longer than a lot of people! She's really not too bad though most nights.
So has K...even earlier some days!! My rule is breakfast at 7am and no messing before that...if the older two wake up before 7am they have to either stay in bed or if it's not too early they go down and watch tv quietly...K gets strapped in his pushchair if after 6am, if before 6am he gets put in the travel cot...where he usually go back off to sleep:cool: I used to just leave him in his cot, but now he is in with the older two I can't do that anymore!
He always used to get up at about 7am, It is most likely a combination of heat and light waking him...or could be that he is wearing less in bed so is maybe chilly in the morning!! I really don't know....I wish he would stop it though:o
Off for a walk to the chemist and post Office, Via the docs:)

Tia - I think it's a great idea to type out a response and then wait to send it. That way you can get all you anger and frustration and guilt down on paper, get rid of it and calm down, and then come back and reread it more objectively. You may well decide not to send it (I've done this in the past) but it will almost definitely help to express it.

Hi! I started a post then had to rush off! In fact I was getting a rollicking off my manager cos she didn't like my tone! It would help if she had spoken to me in the 6weeks I'd been here and not just left me to get on with it!
I started writing that K was doing well with his food and the creche will probbly help cos he'll see the others eating and will want it. Apparently as soon as J gets halfway through his food he's eyeing up the pudding trolley! :rotfl:
Jack usually wakes for a bottle at 6am then he'll normally go back to sleep utnil 7am but doesn't help me cos I'm awake then!
last 2 nights he's not gone back off in his cot after his 'in the night' bottle so has ended up in with us. Monday night there was a storm but no excuse last night!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -
Think the joiner man is allergic to my house, he's up there having a sneezing fit. :rotfl:0

3 - who is it aimed at? L?
Oh my lord, I finally went to Sainsburys at lunchtime and went to get a preg test and they keep them in sealed security boxes!!! So you have to take a big plastic box containing about a dozen boxes of tests to the checkout and tell them that you want 1. The checkout lady takes one out and then buzzes to get someone to take the box back!!!!
Needless to say I passed and will buy one from somewhere more convenient!please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman

I got the BB email too, but I don't think I'll bother rejoining.
We got some bunting stickers that I put on a wall in Charlotte's room, a promo copy of a Pop Party CD, and a handbag organiser that is a waste of space really
Here I go again on my own....0 -
I'm getting some Teetha granules from BB. The only other thing I've had is a box of Spatone when I was pregnant, so not the most exciting items, but worth more than a fiver.
Henry had his first experience in a creche today! I had my NCT hat on at a Maternity Services meeting and there was a free creche. He didn't seem too bothered by it to be honest, but I felt like a proper grown-up for the first time in ages
.
It also prompted me to book in with our hospital's birth afterthoughts service. I'm not unhappy with the way H's birth went, but I would like a bit more information about some things that are a little hazy so hopefully this will help. I think I was prompted by the way people kept talking about 'normal' births this morning, which made me feel a little
, which is silly really.
We're off swimming in a bit.
EA- if you're nervous of water I would let OH hold Lily the first few times as she will pick up on you being uncomfortable, and you want her to feel happy in water. You don't need a swim seat, but LOs seem to enjoy them. H only lasted about 20 minutes in the water the first few times we went, not he can do about 45 minutes but it is tiring for them.
Beenie- when if the sound person coming?:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator
