They'll just breed again! :( (That is seriously what the odd woman down the road told the lady at the job centre when she was told it was going down from 12!)

Or they'll all suddenly get bad backs and claim DLA instead.

Just read that the medical for DLA is only for new claimants. I think they should scrap the DLA forms, and you apply by interview with a medical professional instead.
Couldnt agree more. Medicals to be backed by x-rays, tests and lie detectors strapped to them too!

Beenie - I saw the bumper bar covers you linked to the other day, mine is now waiting to be sewn onto the bumper bar :D Which colour Joolz did you buy in the end? Mine's black so I've done red, black, red polka dot and red gingham ribbon on black stretchy fabric. If these colour's would match your pram PM me as I've got loads of ribbon and fabric, the fairies could bring you some.

Oooh!! :D:D I have the black Joolz! I'll pay you to make me it lol :p:p :rotfl: If you're sure about the fabrics i'd love you forever (even more ;)) I'm excited now, i'm so sad

I was talking about the one where she was having a dig about you not working  I loved that she assumes her kid (that's not born yet?) will go to bed and get up at a time she's decided on, ha I hope she has a child that hates sleep :p
 I assumed she was talking about a child she already had. Maybe her views will change once she actually has the child.

Your harsh! You should be PM! :D

PP It won't be cut for parents of children with a disability. I think they kept that at 16 when it first started to go down.

To be fair from what I've seen, nobody seems to be £1000's a year worse off from this, the most I've seen is the "middle income" families being down just over £400, which spread over the year isnt that bad at all really.

IMO there is absolutely no reason for a parent not to work and claim benefits once all kids are at school full time! A lot of spongers are going to be very worried about that :money:

I can think of a LOT of reasons.

PP aren't you classed as a carer then?

ONLY if you get DLA.. but with the 'new rules' that will make it impossible..plus for the 2 I have most appts for I don't get DLa.. doesn't mean I don't have 9 lots of appts between them!
