Jenny, just a thought (if you haven't already) - a few threads back, Susan posted her "diary" of what Alice ate when they did BLW. From what I recall, she was slow with actually swallowing food too. Might be useful just to see how it went for someone else on a day-by-day basis.

My legs won't half ache climbing the willy-stairs :D

Weezl, I change after a feed, think it settles down about 4-6weeks.

Tara, teeth can give them gastro-upsets, but keep an eye on it just in case. Maybe some ashton and parson powders? (I need to get some).

:rotfl: I've settled in to read that thread again and it's classic.

It's clearly had an effect though - OH just announced he's off to bone the chicken for dinner tonight. I told him to wash it thoroughly when he's done.

    I'm all talk Tia :)

Aless I quite often baked fergie savoury oat bars or ones with raisins in, they were shaped like those little sausages at buffet parties, I made a massive batch once that were tomato and carrot flavour. He could quite easily fit one in a chubby fist :)

They worked better than raw carrot sticks, cos those require more than just gumming and often just landed up on the floor.

I'll write down some recipes for you when you're thinking of trying some with Finn (or I'll bring some for him to the IWM!;))

I'm feeling responsible for SM feeling like she does :o and I've not ignored you just got a little fed up with feeling like everytime I tried to make a suggestion to help better yourself, you immediately came back with a reason why you couldn't do it which made me think 'Does she really to better herself and earn more money or is she just 'saying' she wants more but doesn't want to put the effort in to get it?'

Like others have said, you and Phillip both have the potential to bring more money in - there are jobs everywhere and you're lucky you live in a city! Think of the people who come over from abroad and can't speak any English, they get jobs because they are willing to do anything - you just need to be willing to slog it out, get some experience so you can move onto better things.
I used to clean holiday cottages for £3.50 an hour when I was 15 - it was a !!!!!! job but someone had to do it!

I had noticed you hadn't posted much but assumed you were working.

Sorry if its my fault you feel the way you do

    On that note - I'm off! :)

    and another newbieish question:

fergie was always very happy sleeping on his back but Kessie seems very uncomfortable unless on his side. I'm ok with this in the day, but we wondered if it's a bit dangerous in the night re: sids. anyone any thoughts/tips etc? xxx
