Becles- do you mind if I ask how much you pay for boot camp? I found one near me but it is £100 a month, which I think is really expensive! I think I might try buggyfit though as it looks like fun!

    That's a lot!

I initially paid on an offer for 12 sessions plus 4 free for £79. There were other prices depending on how many sessions you wanted to pay in advance for. If you want to pay monthly, it's £55 a month and you can go to unlimited sessions at any venue. That's comparable to what I was paying for the gym.

In the end I found the nod and smile and do what the eff you want to be the best route ;)

Yay - that's the best and most important parenting skill you can learn :D

Been cold here today too. The wind was really strong when we took the dogs out this afternoon too.

Vegged on the sofa with Ghosts of Girlfriends Past and some vodka and the pain in my legs has vanished now :D
Here I go again on my own....

Jenny - buggyfit sounds hard work too!

Boo - yeay for wee James x

Krystal - told OH I was gonna get a new ironing board with bonus and he banned me :(

kindof - hope you get some sleep x

Well went shopping and came back with some cushions to replace the ones the dog has wrecked, some picture frames and some moisturiser. No clothes! Typical can never find anything when I actually have money.

Popped into see inlaws who are back from hols, got me a cute charm braclet, OH some after shave and T some terry bibs that are like lil tabards (she had weaning in mind!) and a novelty tshirt. grandad gave her there left over euros too €30 so should buy her something nice from mothercare as they take them.

OH is snoring his head off on the sofa so am gonna leave him too it and head to bed.

    Evening ladies.

We've been to my parents for a chinese meal tonight, T was very well behaved considering he was very over tired after not napping all day. The only thing that seems to sooth him when he gets in that state is DH swinging his car seat (rocking isn't enough lol) so I'm considering buying a swing.

This one seems about the cheapest and I can buy it with nectar points so technically not costing me anything. He has a bouncing cradle which he loves if he's in a good mood but won't tolerate if he's in a state so I'm thinking the swing could be a blessing for me when he won't nap through the day.

He's managed to get to sleep on his own tonight although it took half an hour. He was whinging for a while then just lay quietly looking out, then finally dropped off. We're back on the routine from tomorrow and sticking to it rigidly - parents etc will have to put up with us going much earlier for tea etc and him being in bed when they come here.

I like the sound of buggyfit but they have no trainers in Manchester booo :(

    Gill,

Sounds like you had a good evening.

Completely agree about making everyone else fit around T's routine.

I made sure that everyone knew what DD's bedtime was and that it was an immovable object when she was tiny. It now means that there is no hassle if we leave a family occasion early because DD is tired, they know she's up past her bedtime anyway.

I've had a look to see if the people I did my postnatal exercise with had a class unfortunately the only class going is the one I went to in Cheshire :(

Night everyone. Stay alseep vibes for babies, mummies and daddies need some sleep. :)
Proud to be dealing with my debts

Morning all! K seems well and truely stuck on a 6am wakeup! Never mind he was only up once during the night so I'm quite refreshed today :D

Have had a hair disaster! Dyed my hair blonde, I put a pre-lightner on it fist and its now the most awful colour  Don't know what to do with it, think i'll need to dye it again today but all the bleach from last night burnt all my scalp and its all scabby and really sore today! Whoops, I look a right state :rotfl:

My sister is very proud that she's just got tickets to see him at the Edinburgh fringe festival.

The Ed Fringe dates were not kind to me this year and tough choices had to be made! In the end we've gone for Rob Deering and Kevin Bridges. Hopeing to catch JM next year :(

OH is 12 hr dayshift today so won't see K, we gave him his card and gift last night instead.

Well it looks like 5:30am is now Caitlyn's waking up time... I tried feeding her on both sides this morning and she just wouldn't go back off... Still... I guess this means it will be easy to drop that feed... I'll just have to get up... <sigh>

A slightly pressing matter though... Where on earth did I hide the books for DH's father's day present?! I know where the xbox game is, but seeing as Aimee managed to find it and leave it out for DH to find, I was going to bluff that one and just give him the books... Not much good if I can't find them though!!!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Have you been up all night?

I woke at half 5 and can't get back to sleep. Everyone else is still snoring. V is sleeping in her usual bum in the air position and has just let out the loudest fart! She's so like her daddy!
