Thanks Tia, nice avvy :D Do you have the insect net with yours? That's my next mission :D

Fitz i'm plucking up the courage to say something tonight when she picks him up. Argh i'm dreading it!

Midwife has just been out cos i'm rhesus negative, and Amber is positive, so after she was born i needed an Anti D within 72 hours. I wasn't given it til 74 hours so she had to come out today to take bloods and see if the antibodies are there or something? She said i look anaemic so took blood for that too. And she told me off for not going back to docs for different tablets, and demanded i start getting out more and i'm going to the bigger BF'ing group tomorrow and her assistant is meeting me there in the morning. I do love being kicked up the bum by people who care <3. Good excuse to show the posh new buggy off :D

    Thanks ladies.

I've sent Boogellys message back pretty much word for word. I shall sit and wait for my neg. feedback.

I don't mind refunding if there is a genuine mistake/problem. But I put every little detail I could on the listing because I know that as soon as you list something, you get daft questions, so putting all of the measurements on would mean at least some of the questions would already be answered.

I'm child free today - I think i'll got up to Asda for a mooch.

Isla was just sat all snuggled up to me and when I moved her she felt damp. Very odd I think as she's just been changed so I change her, wash her down and get new clothes out. Sat back down then realised I've leaked milk everywhere and the damp patch was a milk puddle :o :rotfl:

3 I think you'd be able to get the neg removed as you had stated everything in the listing. If she leaves you one I'd ask on the ebay board.

ooo, am i first on? Last night was good - only 1 wake-up other than the usual feed! He still woke up fairly early, but as dh gets up for work at 6, i just feed him in bed until then. Once the night wakings are conquered, then we'll work on the early mornings :)

Hope everyone has a good day!

K sleep last night too, and the one before! Hooray! 7pm til 5am then wanted a bottle but not a mumble inbetween. The reason he slept so well is I've started him back on baby food along with his normal 'human' food dinners, so he was as I suspected not getting enough food in the day. Its a slight step backwards for eating as I had wanted him totally feeding himself by this point but heho, he knows he needs more!

Just put Amber in her L&G while i made a cuppa and came in to find her angrily bashing it, and then i realised it was turned off :rotfl: She's bossy :D

    Hi all,

Not got time to read back at the moment - need to tidy up as MIL is coming for the day. Just back from the docs though and thought I would report back since it was you lot who gave me the push to make the appointment.

Doc was happy to refer me for breast reduction surgery and the next stage is to see a psychologist. I pushed her for a timescale and she said this could take around 1 year, but after that if I am accepted, things move quite quickly. I had expected it to take about a year anyway, so at least I have got the ball rolling. And it means I have time to have a baby in the meantime perhaps! If it was 6 months, I would be more torn about whether I should wait until after to get pregnant.
She took my height and weight and wasn't concerned as I have just had a baby and losing weight. Ideal BMI would be between 20-25 for surgery so just to keep eating healthy and aiming for that. I think I am 28 at the moment.

From what i remember reading yesterday:

Good news! IIRC it took me around 16mths for initial appointment with psychologist then it went very quick! App with surgeon in Dec, on the list and op booked in for February.

3 Those wheels are showing as out for delivery so should be with you today. I have no idea how to fold the classic ones?!! Help! Do you still have to take the seat unit off with these ones?

I had a meeting at the school today with DD. 1.5hrs I was there!! The Educational Psychologist is quite happy to agree that she is Dyspraxic (although if I want the offical diagnosis I need to get that from a medical doctor). I'm quite happy for now that the school know that she has an actual issue rather than just saying she is lazy and disorganised so it has been a good outcome! She is seeing a lady from CAHMS for some self esteem issues too but I think 'labelling' her will improve the current situation.

She seems to cope better with computerized notes and things so am now looking into getting her a laptop and personal organiser to aid her. She has an alpha smart at school already but I think a wee notebook type thing would be better.

I think the b/f charts are quite new.

The MW who visited when V was born said she didn't have any of the 'new' b/f charts, and to get my HV to swap the charts when she came out.
HV came out a couple of days later and said she'd never heard of b/f charts. Next time she came out she brought one as she'd just been sent a pile.

they aren't that new.. I demanded they were used for DD3 who is almost 10!!!!

We still don't have them, I ask every time I get her weighed. I might go to booby group tomrrow and see if they have any there.

CSH - that's great that you're getting somewhere with DD's school. For the netbook, I have a little medion one which I think is from your workplace ;) It was fairly cheap and *touch wood* so far no problems with it.
