Thanks Glam! And well done Jack for giving mummy a break (kind of)!

Holly managed until 3am then started crying in her sleep. I went in and the room was stinking. I can't remember her having a dirty nappy in her sleep ever, except when she had teeth come in and had 14 dirty nappies a day. I had to wake her up to change the flaming nappy. Most annoying. And it was the worst smelling nappy I have ever had - I was really gagging. I got her to go back down for an hour but she woke again at 4am so I ended up in the spare room too!

Well done Beenie - I think you have done the right thing. x

Morning everyone,

Hope everyones ok?

Took jake for his school photos this morning and the photographer had forgot some equipment and were gonna be late so school offered to have them all day and give them some dinner! woo lol, so have got a bit of unexpected quiet time! still got jasmine but she's enjoying bein able to play, just hope jake eats some dinner today!

Beenie, do you think maybe you could "do a college course".. that happened to be on a wednesday afternoon?? I think it is taking the p tbh!
does she have your son over to hers at all, maybe wouldnt be so bad if you got a little break sometimes? she should really sort some proper childcare out!... or remember the law that came in about not being allowed to look after other peoples kids without crb checks etc, maybe you could get a letter through the post that warns you about this:whistle:make out like someones reported you lol!

I'm still up for the meet on the 7th too x

Morning ladies.

My little girl is doing really well at 4 and a bit months old. She weighed 14lbs 7 ozs when she was weighed a couple of weeks ago.

I'm after a bit of advice really this morning. AS my husband is not getting any younger (he's 9 years older than me), we have discussed trying to grow our family sooner rather than later. Have any of you on here got children that are quite close together in age and has it worked for you? I've been trying to weigh it up in my own mind and I can argue both sides (ie waiting until our daughter is a bit older and also having 2 children close together) so no further down the line!

Glam :TWell done Jack - I am so pleased for you that he had a good night.

It was a good night here too :T D went down at 6.30, had a feed at 12.00 then another small one at 2.30 then woke up at 6. It may not sound great to most of you but it is by far the best night here in a long time :rotfl:

Right, I need to get D dressed. I have my B12 injection shortly and need to get my backside moving

She always says that in return she has my DS but my DS is soooo well behaved and respectful and her kid is not! So it doesn't feel equal lol, And i don't want her having him cos he always comes back in a foul mood or with a bad attitude.

I've thought about the college thing but there's 2 problems i can see...
1, she would prob change her hours and pick him up herself so would see me at the school and i have no one to pick him up for me... or

or 2, she'll offer to change her days so i can have him Thurs/any other day for her instead!!

You could say course starts at say 5ish so then you'd still see her but would be too much of a rush while your trying to sort kids teas ect, if she asks whos having your kids just say your sister maybe? then think of something else you'l be doing on the days she suggest, shes taking advantage of you because you're not working and its not fair.

Do you think you'd be able to tell her you're stressed with home life as it is without having the extra responsibilty, tell her you've alot on your plate at the mo, x
