No I meant about having a pee :rotfl: he always has the door open which makes it even louder!!!!
Oh yeah, D never closes the door... How difficult can it be to just aim at the porcelain?! I keep telling him he should sit down to pee... Quieter and less chance of overspray... He won't entertain that idea though...

Well done on 3 nights dummy free! (The reason I took Aimee's dummy off her at 17 months was so she couldn't ask for it lol...)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Yep that is me, I just cringe when I hear myself talking. I was intending not to talk as I filmed that :rotfl:

I hate my own voice on videos. I sound like a man, and if i have to record my own voice for something i strangley speak in the most poshest voice ever :rotfl:

It was interesting reading your wedding views, im going to quickly add, im with the "its your wedding, do what you want" camp.

If it was no kids, and i couldn't find a babysitter i wouldn't go.

At my wedding, within 10 mins of the kids arriving, my wedding cake had small child like finger holes in it  so i wish i didn't invite them.

But to be fair, i didn't want to invite any of that extended family, i was pretty much forced into it by my mum.

Lily is loving the cotbed, she has so much room to move about. We keep finding her at the other end and laying sideways :rotfl:
Shes so happy in the mornings too, always talking really loudly to wake us up and then greeting us with a smile :D

Oooh, i found out, DH's best man hit on my cousin at the wedding. And we're going for lunch (see: 'double date') with them today!:p

no views on the wedding debate - it's up to the individual. I couldn't say no kids as my sister is 10!

J had a bottle @ 11pm, then didn't wake til 6am :j then went back from 7am til 9am (sorry Krystal). So it was either the re-introduction of the C&G Goodnight milk (which is being discontinued) or the huge tea he had at 5pm!
Hopefully I can change my hours to 8.30am - 4.30pm and give him tea when I get home. I'm wondering if he's not eating enough at creche.

Loving the new avvy's everyone :D

Most of the housework is now done so going to put J down for a nap in our bed & read a book with him.

I too hate the sound of my voice, I have a ridiculous accent :o
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

Tara - thanks for asking about Holly (missed this earlier due to my rage!). I did leave her to cry tonight again. It lasted 12 mins from when I left the room to her falling asleep. Well done to Maddy for taking more steps.

That's really good, 20 minutes to 12. Do let us know how she gets on tonight :)

Just changing the subject, is this way too good to be true?

They look like the mini straighteners? Either that or yes, too good to be true.

We were supposed to be going upto Scotland today but not now for various reasons. Means I can go to my sister's birthday meal tonight :)

Happy Birthday SugarSpun for yesterday and I hope Budapest is as lovely as the Hungarian women are.

Hope Glamazon is enjoying her belated celebrations and everyone else is well.

I had to have children at my wedding.. my son was 3.. my sisters were 7, 11, 11 and 13 and my brothers were 15 and 4.5. Many of my cousins were little too.

The one good thing was my son was looked after by everyone else so I kind of got the day off from him as he had an audience to play up for!

EA I think it is more dispicable the parents of poky child were not looking after it properly and allowed the prodding to be done to your cake in the first place.

I love having children at family parties though

I want to make it clear that I have nothing against children at weddings! I just think that you should not cast aspertions on people who chose not to have them. It's an individual choice. I have been to 2 weddings this year and neither have invited Holly, but I am in no way offended. And one of the couples has a 1 year old who was there for the ceremony and then went to childminder after the meal.

Anyway, have a good trip to Budapest SS. We are off to MILs for a few hours. It's a wet day anyway so nothing better to do!

I know a few on here say eating doesn't affect sleep in their babies but K ALWAYS has a terrible night if hes not ate enough during the day.
He has a big tea at 5ish then 7oz at half 6 then to bed and thats him til 4-5am. If he hasn't ate much hes up at 2am for a bottle and is unsettled from midnight.

On the wedding debate, I did say last night I was !!!!ed off DD wasn't invited to my friends wedding and I stand by that. Its not like shes a baby that they hardly know, shes nearly 14 and my friend has known her since birth.
Of course its up to people to invite whoever they want. Its also my prerogative as a parent to be miffed when my child who was previously seen as extended family is excluded.
