Did you agree with the seller before bidding that you could pick up, or ask after the sale?

seller has got fees to pay for listing the item and inconvenience of waiting in for you to pick item up

dont forget to pay cash on collection and not using paypal
  • i said after the sale ended as we were in the same town. but i really dont see why that should make a diff. and for a item at 99p her fee's would be 15p

It's against eBay rules, but her fees are in the postage she charges, obviously.

That's why she wants to charge you for them.

    Refuse.
