I think you'll find there's more recent data available than that...
You flatter yourself by looking only at the 'professional' pages on the ROSEA site. Do you style yourself a 'property professional'?
I'm just a mere member of the public, so I've looked at the 'public' pages on the ROSEA site.

6.9% decline in Aberdeen between 7 feb to 6 mar.
QED
Ah an "amateur"
You have used the 28 day flash data.
When you look at that page it refers to the previous 28 days being £177,633.
Please enlighten us as to which month that refers to?
Here's the monthly releases again

We'll see if the March data when released matches your £165,307.
I bet it doesn't

The bounce has started already in Aberdeen, but those figures won't be published until June or so....

Including Aberdeen

Crikey I missed that.
I own my house so a six percent drop (or any kind of drop really) matters to me how?
My community tax goes up, that matters. My leccy goes through the bliddy roof, that matters. The cost of petrol, food and shoes is of vital importance to me.
The value of my home matters not a jot.
EDIT !!!!!! is seasonality? I thought it was something I bunged on vegetables to make them edible(if it is even a word, which I doubt). Elucidate for the ignorant pleaseRetail is the only therapy that works0 -
