Ohh, I think we can let that one slide.;)

That's amazingly tolerant of you Hamish, I have these lapses of good taste on occasion. Frankly I blame this forum.

BTW is my house really worth less?

Oh Hamish just likes to argue.

I have no idea what he does to earn a crust but he would have made a cracking barrister.

Honestly, is my house worth less?

    It feels just the same............

I have these lapses that veer dangerously towards having good taste on occasion, but thankfully, this forum usually cures them.

Ourside of perfectly normal seasonal variances? No.

In fact, it's worth more than it was this time last year.

Does anyone else think that house prices will have gone back up 6% in Aberdeen by the time this thread ends?

What day of the month do they release that data? I'll put it in my diary.

Not sure, I just check periodically and then update when the new data is released.

Meanwhile, why don't you answer the question you conveniently overlooked
When you look at that page it refers to the previous 28 days being £177,633.
Please enlighten us as to which month that refers to?

I thought there was supposed to be a 'spring bounce', but I've not yet seen any evidence of seasonality from your mate. Do you have any?

Yes, you posted the flash data, but I asked where the previous 28 day period correlated to the released data.

Can you show which month the previous 28 day flash figure of £177,633 correlate to?

If you doubt these figures, you'd better take it up with the Registers of Scotland, not me.

    Now, where's the seasonality?
