Now this is a strange one

I had a bidder win my item, he's got feedback of over 400. Few neg's etc.

He didnt pay after 6 days, was sending him e-mails, invoices and in the end relisted the item after giving him a days warning.

So, here we are 10 days later and he sent me payment. So i refunded him with yet another e-mail telling him I had refunded him and relisted.

So, within half huor, the payment arrives again. Do the same again, leaving apaypal not 'PLEASE read your e-mails'.

So, he goe's and bid's on the same item he didnt pay for before (which has been relisted).

So, 11 days on I think he's finally got the message. Just checked my e-mail, hes paid yet AGAIN! So I'm gonna have to refund again!

What would you do?!

I can't stop him from sending me payments!! Hes now winning the same item he took 10 days to pay for and seems oblivious to it! He obviously isn't reading e-mails. I can't spend my time refunding someone over and over!!

Will refund once more, if he does it again, thats it, keeping the money until he put's a claim in!

LOL yer! Sent him 2 invoices, sent him numerous e-mails and nothing, until yesterday which was 10 days past the auction. Refunded, he sent again, refunded again with a note asking him to please read his e-mails. Thought that was the end of it as he went and bid on the relisted auction (i told him it was relisted). Then today log in, I have another payment!

Kept it for now. Will refund later, save me having an afternoon of refunding!

No no, I asked him to read my e-mails. He hasn't sent me any. I've sent about 8, ever increasing whenever i send him a refund.

Perhaps he finally got the message that he was no longer going to get the item as a result of the first auction and has now bid again and paid assuming that as he won it once, he'll do so again.

Doesn't sound like the sharpest knife in the drawer.

    I like this one:rotfl:

Stop sending him refunds, sounds like you'll be rich before you know it. The old transaction is no longer valid, so having bid all over again he's sending you payment before winning the item. Excellent.

Just a thought though. It doesn't sound like you have filed the unpaid item thingy - the old transaction is still valid, Ebay is telling him he has to pay for an item and he probably doesn't understand why it keeps bouncing... Maybe he also doesn't understand planet Earth...:D

He's bid higher this time and it has a day to go yet, so he aint having it for what he got it for last time. Even if he would just communicate it would help. Asked him to stop sending payment, but he just pay's again.

Even the new listing says 'due to non paying bidder'.

His few neg's are for slow payment and either no payment and also a lot of people saying 'no replies to e-mails'. Whats the point in having e-mail if you don't read it and it's about your transactions.

Gonna refund again now, politely telling him to leave it now. Will tell you when I get a payment again!!
