Have several times tried three different fax numbers to contact Ryanair and fax them a claim form for refund of expenses ~ accommodation, etc. Each time I got the message 'Fax not receiving.' Can anyone help with mailing address or any other advice as to how to contact Ryanair? Thank you!

Thanks for that! Still can't find a postal address, but did find a phone no. which I'll try tomorrow. Wonder if they'll answer the phones any better than they receive their faxes??

    From my computer

The message was delivered at 12:56:29 GMT on Wed, 05 May 2010.
    Message delivered to fax 0035318121663.
CSID Received from fax machine was "Ryanair"
Delivery took 107 seconds (3 pages).

If nothing else it proves that the fax got to them

Well well looks like they are true to their words and not paying out!! Had an email on Saturday to say that they are refunding me the cost of our cancelled return flights as I had requested? I called them to tell them I had made my own way home and would be writing to claim the hotel food and transfers!! Sneaky I think as this was in the the email

As you requested a refund please be advised that in accordance with EU Regulation 261 you do not have any further claim against the airline.

Looks like I am going to have a fight on my hands. Anyone know if I can ask my bank to refuse the money they said they will pay back into my account?

Once they take the refund, any duty of care stops, that's why it's being pushed.
Wonder if we will see "refunds" appearing on peoples credit cards soon.
(And be careful any ammendment isn't a refund, and a new booking a week later.)

Think we'll see quite a lot of "refunds"

Good to see that they've been fined £2.5m by Italy - hope that's the first of many fines for this bunch of cowboys:
