I normally bring a roll (or two little ones), french frie crisps (healthy ish), an apple (for morning) and an orange (which takes me so long to peel/eat it seems to last longer).

Am stuck with interesting lunches for my manual working Carpenter boyfriend though. Think he gets sick of chicken salad or cheese rolls :( x

A couple of sandwiches, a piece of fruit and a yoghurt. I keep porridge sachets in my desk for when I'm peckish.

My DH has taken a ham and mayo sandwich, an apple, a packet of cheese & onion crisps and a Snickers bar to work every day for the past 8 years. He doesn't like change.

Try having oat-based cereal for brekkie (porridge / Oatibix / crunchy oat cereal), then wholemeal or granary bread at lunch, as it's all low-GI & the energy is released slowly throughout the day.

Then you should fine you don't have an energy dip at 4pm - and if you do, take some raisins with you too!

I usually bring some wholemeal brown bread and some fruit for morning break and a salad sandwich or pasta for lunch. If there are any leftovers from the nights before i sometimes bring that instead, heat it up in the microwave in work. I always bring some extra fruit and nuts for snacking on!

Usually an extra portion of the previous night's dinner. I get a good dose of hate-looks from my co-workers as they eat their salad filled buns. :D

You might think it's high calorie, but it is lower than a bun + chocolate bar. + the other extras.

A wholemeal sandwich, filling varies, a bag of Walkers lights, 2 tomatoes and 2 or 3 pieces of fruit. I need to take things I can mainly eat 'on the go', I often don't get a chance to stop for a meal break. Bad, I know :o
