Reverting to petty insults are we? How mature.

Pretty much the whole point of this site is aimed at people with little disposable income. I do have to wonder though, as you're obiously so enamoured with your TV, why are you in this thread?

Considering your love of the phrase " 'Technika' ", you may want to visit this site. You'll be right at "home".

Finally, your advice given a couple of months ago is now out of date (not having a go, obviously you're not psychic, just letting people know).

Paypal will now accept claims for anything bought using them, both Item Not Received, and now Significantly Not As Described. You only get 45 days to lodge a complaint though, so get in quick if you need to.

Section 10.1 of the user agreement

These are more a case of INR though, which has been covered for quite a while anyway.

Firstly, its not a petty insult, more a fact. You made yourself look stupid. You were harping on about me not knowing Samsung/Sony manufactured panels together when I actually said so in a previous post after directly quoting you. This highlighted your stupidity. Care to address this?

Secondly, I was directed to this thread as it was a deal at the time. Problem?

Finally, are you so desperate in your responses now that you feel the need to trawl through old posts in an attempt to 'dig up dirt'? And that was the best you could do? Get a grip. You made yourself look stupid and still insist on doing so. Its time to move on. Sit down, relax, and watch something on your 'Technika'.

I'm also not daft enough to order lots in one transaction/name, though I fully disagree that multiple orders would invalidate other orders - that is just plain silly.
To order many tv's is no different to ordering say many glitch 10p chocalate bars, the amount is the only difference.
I've stated before I will NEVER order to suit members of a forum and if I can profit on a glitch then that will be the case.
I think the tax man would have something to say :rotfl: Also multiple orders of an item are likely to raise suspicions/increase risk of orders being cancelled. I doubt it did in this case though due to the prices involved.

Not really, when I spoke to him last week he did say he was gutted at missing out initially but as the offer didn't materialise, he wasn't that bothered. ;)

Not too sure, did they get the insuance??
Did anyone actually take an individual action via the small claims court?? It has been very quiet of late - good luck if you have.

Pricing error or not you aint got a chance of getting it at that price. So just deal with it sunshine and stop trying to rip them off.
