hey people i am having the same problem with cyd, plz could anyone help me on what i can do to get my money back thanks. or who i can connect on this matter, as they are not answering their phone anymore.

Try calling their 0845 number as the others appear to be discoonected. The message states that they are no longer providing a service but passing it on to another claim management company and we should all have a letter this week??

If you paid by credit card in the last 6 months you may have some recourse.

Hi all,

When you type into companyhouse database ; cyd uk ltd, this company still shows up and is not dissolved!

Please advise me what to do next, I have already sent a recorded delivery to CYD claiming my money back I paid them, they did not reply back. They have sent a letter about 2 months ago stating that another company will be taking over. SInce then I have heared nothing back from this new company (European Financial Claims). I have emailed them several times also rang their telephone number as listed in the letter, no joy. They did not reply back and there is a recorded message on the phone.

This new company who has so called taken over CYD and their client's cases is ;
