PM is fine - I do turn the phone off after 10 pm-Sorry but my typing is really slow - I'm still typing with one finger! - Have you checked the emails sent when you won this auction - it will have all or part of his address on the won auction sent from Ebay.

    Hi,

I got the Chatham, Kent that we already know, and also a post code: ME5 8PG

The name given is David Baker, that's what's registered on eBay, but his websites whois gives Graham Crossley, and then his user is rsmith, so I'd have thought his name would have been something Smith? Well at least we've got somewhere further.

    :)

Your running the risk of having the thread closed if you keep posting personal details. Couldnt you do it by PM?

    check the link

i have to say that last time i used ebay, i was stung out of £100 - went to police, they said they couldnt do anything because it was such a small amount and their fraud depo were dealing with cases such as £8k +

so police might not do anything.... my experiance - always best to deal with small things personally ;)
