    Hi all,
Weekend was manic! Think i will sts at WI tonight!
Sat got up at 9am, had free food (green) at about 1pm, went to bed at 3pm til 7pm
Then had free food with bread (heb) with 3 vegetable fingers (6) & spicy bean burger (5) & cheddar (hea) - throughout night had coffee with milk (hea), at 3am had free pasta, on way home at 8am had 2xalpen bars (heb)
Went to bed at 9.30am until 1.30pm, had free food for 'lunch' then for 'dinner' had scan bran with ff cottage cheese & quorn slices, mug shot (2) hifi bar (heb), muller light, 1/4 easter egg (7)
Just a really strange weekend - anyone got any thoughts on if i have done it wrong or not? Shouldn't have to do a night shift for a long time now!
Today i haven't been that hungry - just coffee with milk (heb) and apple - not sure what day i am on today - will decide after WI and shopping!

    fingers crossed about WI

Well done to all loosers x

That sounds fine to me, though as you were having a green day on saturday you could have had an extra HEB choice to keep you going?

I am not sure what * week is? I don't go to the classes, I am trying to do it without going as funds are slightly tight at the moment so I have followed the recipies from the last 2 Slimming World magazines.

I weigh myself in the same spot (sad I know), in just my underwear, same scales, same time each week.

    Ok here goes

Tuesday Wheetabix with SS milk from allowance with banana
Omelette (potaoto, ham, egg & spring onion)
    Oriental baked fish
    1 x apple, 1 x banana, grapes, 1 Mullerlight

Wednesday - Breakfast Tray Bake (potatoes, pepper, spring onions, m'rooms
    tomatoes, egg, bacon)
    Baked Potato & beans, grapes
    Tunisian tuna salad, pineapple

Thursday - Porridge topped with apple & banana with SS milk from allowance
Gammon with Sunshine veg (new potatoes etc)
    Prawn pasta

Friday - Soft boiled eggs & toast
    Vegetable omelette
    Tunisian Salad

    Saturday - 2 Wheetabix & milk
    Chilli Skins
    Pasta with red pepper

    Sunday - Wheetabix & milk
    Ham etc sandwich
Roast dinner - no roast potatoes or gravy

My drinks have been water and tea with SS milk and 1 sweetner. I have fried any food in Fry Light.

Hope this helps guys and I do appreciate any help you can give me

Farmville - * week is your week of your period or just before when some people find it hard to loose weight or stay the same.

I have lost 3 pounds in my first week :j and it's my * week so I'm very pleased with that!

    Thank you.

It may well be a reason. I always find that I either stay the same or have small loss on my * week (this week is my first on plan this time round so hence the loss).

I think it's something to do with retaining water but I may well be wrong.

    Hi everyone,

Well I have followed he Extra Easy Plan for 5 days (today would have been my 6th) to the tee. No extra titbits, nothing left out etc..

I weighed myself this morning - I do this every Monday - and I have put on 5lb. I can't explain my upset. I am gutted to the pit of my stomach. I have still exercised since I started ( 2 x aerobic classes & Legs, Bums & Tums).

It took me 7 weeks to loose that 5lb and in 5 days I have put it all back on :(:(:(:(

Take a deep breathe and think.........in order to gain 1lb of fat you need to consume 3500 calories MORE than the 2000 necessary to sustain life. That's 5500 calories to gain just one pound of fat. If you've stuck to plan for the last week, there's absolutely no way on this earth that you can have gained fat so it has to be water, ok?

So the 5lbs of water you have accumulated may well have come from your exercising. Muscles hold extra water to protect from damage at the start of an exercise regime, this will even out over the next week or two as you get fitter.

Edited to add: you can hold up to 4lbs of extra fluid on your star week so don't worry about it, it will come straight back off next week.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Oh my Lord I have not consumed that amount of calories!!! I have not had a take away, fizzy drink, buns/cakes, sweets or chocolate since January!!!

I have not even had any syns!!!

I am exercising for 1 hour a day and also every other day running. 2 of my classes are Body Pump with just resistant weight's as I do not want my muscles to get bigger just toned.

I am due on Monday and I am regular.

I have just had the tuna & egg salad for dinner with no afters. It was lovely. I will attempt again from tomorrow.

ooh and can I ask Consultant31 or anyone who might know...I have noticed things like:-
    2 ryvita original/dark rye/seame and
    4 ryvita original/dark rye/sesame
Both on the options for healthy extra B  -is the difference for male/female? or am I missing something -I don't want to be short changing hubby :rotfl:
ALSO :o -do they reccomend using a certain number of syns a day? only at the moment my mentality is "use as few as possible" -just wondering if you are suposed to eat a certain amount ---like on the WW point system where you are suposed to eat all of your points...
Sorry for all the questions... but if Im doing this I may as well make sure Im doing it right :D

Sorry I was a little late in replying, only just managed to get online. As VixiePixie said, you can count either 4 Ryvitas as a HEB or have 2 if you want to use them as a speed food (notice the symbol beside the amount allowed). You may well see this in other cases, I believe stewed apple is similarly counted (though I don't have a FO book handy at the mo).

We recommend using at least 5 syns a day to keep from getting feelings of deprivation but also having all the syns at the weekend can seem a lot like bingeing which of course is an unhealthy way to eat (or drink). However, I think if you spread it out and don't have all 70+ syns on Saturday night it's not so bad. You'll need to see how you go - I always tell my members that this is a part of your life, not all of it, you have to find a way to enjoy life as well.

    Hope this helps :)
