overnight? Or for the evening? What's it for anyway? Where you scampering off to? :)

    Hi BZ

We were going to go to the marriott for 2 nights - these are provisionally booked but we could move these (mil could originally do those) and then go to a norah jones concert on the 21 June (Monday). DD was going to miss school but now it is her school trip that day so strangely doesn't want to :o but we would have still needed someone to have her on the Monday night. Now MIL is saying SIL may be having an operation that day which could rule her out as any help with DD ......

Things just got complicated..... The school trip is however near MILs so may be able to get MIL to take her directly to the site visit place - if the school will let her... complicated or what

I might also need to order some more marriott vouchers as we both know how organised I am sometimes!

    For my other lurkers/readers

Things are going well. Work is ultra busy but still enjoying it. Didn't submit my expense claim in time so that is £240 I will have to wait a bit longer for (like another 6 weeks!). Approx half of that will have been eaten up by fuel costs but the rest is a contribution to the cost of the car etc....

Still overspending on groceries etc... other than that things going well. Not in trouble financially with anyone.... Need to try and sort out my ebanking this week tho and see what we can pay off.

OH is off on a motorbiking long weekend with someone from work - they are going abroad - so just withdrawn £200 in euros for spends for him... He deserves it tho and it should be great fun. The person he is going with has kindly offered to fund the accommodation:beer: so OH will just have to pay for food and petrol hopefully

Got my cleaner coming tomorrow - so just unblocked the dyson for her. She should find it much easier now....

Tomorrow I will be home alone which will be really weird! Kids come back Friday evening....

    Hi guys well today

I have been to work - left early for afternoon tea with work mates to celebrate a birthday but then did 2.5 hours work at home! Hoping to leave work early tomorrow tho as DS comes back from his trip about 3pm.

I put some plants in a pot for BZ at the weekend but some of them have died due to lack of watering or whatever - rather worrying so may let her have plants out of some of my long standing pots instead!

OH got to Belgium okay and is happy so far. DS is happy away and DD I didn't ring for fear of upsetting her. I have had a very peaceful evening...

    Really need to
    do e-banking tomorrow,
    order more marriott vouchers,
confirm babysitting arrangements for norah jones concert day,
send off some docs to aviva,
    send off lovefilm dvd
give quidco my reference number for home insurance so can get £65 cash back

Thinking might try and go out for the day with the kids on Saturday but it depends whether they have withdrawal symptoms for "home" computer etc.... We'll see

I have my ebanking - my sig shold now be £12654 as I temporarily had to up it just before this job. Next month however I hope to take £1550 off that when one of my 0% offers runs out.

Npower put my bill up to £134 from 74 - told OH to ring up about it but he never did So chasing him on that. I also have a default payment on his card for a product that are disputing - I have told him to continue disputing it but he is unwilling.... Very angry about that!

I think this month was also the last £40 payment on a black horse loan which is brilliant!

Not sure if I have mentioned it but had £10 cashback from M&S, £16 from Mr T and £18 from quidoco. It all helps. Planning to use mr T vouchers on 4x deals so will be adding that to my sig when I use them up...

    hi imd and cmd

Still really enjoying my new job. I get flexi time and can vary my start and finish time which really helps!

Sorry not been on as much lately - we are trying to be more sociable so have less time now for computing!

We went to a "supper club" at church and had a fantastic 3 course meal with some people we knew really well and some we hardly knew at all. It went really well and we had a great time. It was in aid of charity so just a donation.... I am really tired today tho!
